Was here in mid November and it was my first time in this kind of a sauna. A bit smelly but I’d say it’s normal, I went for fun and relaxing so I didn’t care. I had an unforgettable experience, everything else was good and working unlike the other reviews say. I also met the nicest guy from Milano which I’ll never forget and I wish I never left. Would definitely go back when I visit Rome again!
It was my first time I went to Roma and in the sauna it was so horrible. It was smelling very bad the barman very bad not a good personnot talking good they say normally the price is €25 of your new so you have to pay €35 and the sauna was smelling very bad inside. Nothing was good. I didn’t like it. It was like scamming.A lot of old people, I didn’t see that much young people
Easy to find the place, next to Black Hole barStaff here are hot and friendly, but they might struggle with English so please be kind to them.It is big but mostly cruising area, there is a big sauna room and a big steam(turkish bath), resting area with 2 TV(you know what they showing) many private room, toilets and showers.I saw people review about locker but seem there is not a problem at all cos they have huge locker room than other professional sauna place.Try to find Hugo at the bar 🙂 ❤️❤️❤️
Avoid this sauna at all costs!I paid 25€, even though the official entrance fee is 15€ (as stated in their own description). When I asked about this, they told me that the first visit costs 25€, something that is not mentioned anywhere and is obviously an excuse to charge whatever they want.As soon as I entered, the place smelled absolutely disgusting, like an abandoned dungeon. The showers were not working, the staff was rude and looked like they didn’t even want to be there. The jacuzzi was filthy, with people having sex inside, even though this is supposedly not allowed. There was zero supervision and no basic hygiene. On top of all this, they also stole my 25€ change. I only opened my bag inside the sauna, and when I realized the money was missing, I went back to ask. The staff acted clueless, even though they had cameras right above them, and refused to check them. When I told them that they never gave me a receipt, they replied, “If you pay in cash, we don’t give receipts.” This is illegal in Italy and a clear case of tax evasion.Disgusting, unsafe, and completely unprofessional place. I will be returning tomorrow to demand my receipt and my money back, and if they refuse, I will file a complaint with the Guardia di Finanza for tax fraud and scamming customers.DO NOT come here unless you want to be robbed in broad daylight.
It’s a great place for 35+ year old guys. There are younger guys looking for a daddy ( who isn’t). It is an older looking place but clean n locker's are spaced out nicely. This club isn’t part of the larger gay sauna network. It’s 25 euros. The staff is friendly and helpful. But you need to know some Italian. The showers are good but I did see a lot of people slip( not fall) it’s a wet place n you got sandels( hello). There is a large jacuzzi ( great). There is a wet sauna n dry one and rooms styling is Ancient Rome. I really like this place, will come back.
The sauna is super easy to get to from most of Rome. It’s just a five-minute walk from the train station. Look for the Pizzeria; Adam’s right next door.Don’t let the immediate staircase scare you. Follow them down, and you’ll be at the check-in point. If you’ve never been to this sauna before, you’ll need to buy a membership. If you plan to return, don’t lose your card. This is pretty common in Europe. Make sure to know your Euro shoe size, because they have slippers, and I highly recommend you wear them.Use the small lockers for your valuables, and the bigger lockers are for your clothes, shoes, and other stuff. You’ll get two towels; I suggest leaving the fluffy one for the end of your visit. The sauna is a bit older, but it seems to be well-maintained.There’s a small smoking area, two places to sit and relax, and then there’s the fun zone. Most of the “meeting and greeting” happens in the steam area. It’s a lively place with a lot of action and fun. There’s a corridor of rooms with lockable doors.I didn’t see any condoms or lube available in the rooms.I went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was a blast. There were all sorts of people there - younger guys, older guys, bears, cubs, and even a couple of bodybuilders. Most of the people were friendly and welcoming, and I had a great time socializing with new friends.Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun break from art galleries or ancient ruins.:)
Advertised as being the biggest sauna în Rome, I dare say they should advertise IT as being the sauna with the biggest problems. Smelly, slippery floors, cold water în jacuzzi,Mainly old clientele. The prices are above average.
A bit creepy decadent place with walls and rooms what scream for renovation and cleaning. Big jacuzzi but only part with bubbles, bar is nice. Many guys, but as in many saunas, mostly elderly, but few young too. Visited in Saturday night after the midnight, it was busy.
Not a fake review. Just got out of this place. Can confirm there's a disgusting smell in the steam room. Towels smelled awful too and left me feeling gross as I left. Compared to other top bathhouses in Europe, this one is overpriced and shabby at the moment. Please clean it up!! Or at least put some air freshener in the steam room...
I visited this place on a Saturday around 9pm and it was almost empty, but a staff told me that around 10:30pm it would be full and it was true. Around 11pm the place was packed, live dj, good atmosphere. The average age of the people was between 25 and 45 years. Many locals and some tourists. I stayed there until 3 am. I have to say that the property is not very good, many things need to improve, but I had a great time anyway
