Although I live across the street, I don’t visit so often because it’s more of a place to go with friends (as opposed to meeting people there), but I LOVE the way the place looks. It’s a very comfortable environment, relaxed and inviting. The seating arrangements are also comfortable and well thought out. It’s a smoking bar, so make sure you’re comfortable with that when it’s full and in winter when there’s less ventilation.Samet B

The place has little to no decoration. The staff was kind of very neutral and also a bit rude. The drinks were over watered. It’s not a nice gay bar.James D

I liked Capture Bar. I think it is an excellent venue to come to if you are looking for a chilled environment where you can sit down, have a casual and relaxed drink and talk to your friends. The music at the bar isn’t too loud and you’re not having to scream when you want to say something and you’re not going to have to ask someone to repeat themselves cause you can’t hear them over the music. It’s a pretty grungy vibe, so if that’s not your thing, maybe look elsewhere.🏳️🌈 The venue is super LGBT+ friendly.I had a watermelon flavoured cocktail which was tasty, but really sweet - huge sugar hit!The only issue I had with this venue was the smoking situation, because it has big open windows at the front/an open facade, people seem to smoke on the inside. I know that this isn’t uncommon in Europe, but as a non-smoker, this was a little bit of a problem for me.Tom McKinnon

Cash only! The vibe inside is super chill. It’s really nice. This bar is a great place to casually hang out and chat with friends. The music was not too loud either, which I loved.Staff were nice.One TERRIBLE thing about this place is that people are allowed to smoke inside, which is so disgusting. A very nice bar, with lovely staff and cheap drinks. The decor is very cute, and I loved being able to sit in the open window. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean for a Berlin bar, which was very niceAhmed BABAADDOUN

Nice cosy gay neighborhood bar. I liked the music, and the open windows on warm summer evening. not really crowded on a sunday night. but great for conversations and relaxed drinks with friends
