I've come here regularly in the past. I have normally had 0 problems with the club, and have tended to ignore the problems here. But after last night, I will not be returning because I expect more from a club where I spend a minimum of €300 in a night. They can do better and do not deserve any more business until they do better. Here are my complaints:- A member of the club attacked me at the end because i repeatedly asked them to stop dancing and trying to encroach on my space. I had a table, they did not. They club did nothing about them coming up to me at then end and throwing a drink on me in retaliation for having to police and defend my own zone. I am a paying customer with bottle service. Where was the staff to enforce the rules? Where were the security to confront the customer who attacked me? And why didn't they even ask me if I am ok except for trying to kick me out DESPITE how much I paid?- No matter how much I spend, I am still required to pay for the toilet AND stand in line despite table service. I've ignored this many times as this is an LGBT club and I want to support the community. Except after last night, it is obvious they don't support me.I will not be returning this club in the future, and I will tell all my Brussels friends that this club is NOT a safe space. They do not deserve our business. I will never come back to the Flash because after being a regular customer and spending a lot, I expect at least the venue to be a safe place where I am not going to be attacked by others simply because I don't want random people dancing at my table. That is basic club etiquette and this club has failed at that.
This is by far the worst club I've ever been to.First of all you have to pay 1€ each time you go to the bathroom and there's literally no toilet paper or soap and the doors don't even lock.Second of all the old lady at the wardrobe is a nasty person, she made us pay to place the coats 2 times because 2 of my friends wanted to leave early and i had to pay that rude woman to put my coat back on the hanger.(it also cost's 2€ even tho we paid 15€ to enter that lame place)Third of all the security guards that were guarding literally nothing didn't even let me go outside to get tampons when i was on my period.I wouldn't go back there even if i was paid. It was the worst clubbing experience of my life.
The people taking the coats and jackets are so incredibly rude. I was waiting in line and they let like 3 people cut me off and when I tried to give them my jacket the woman working there literally threw it in my face and yelled at me to wait and when I told her I wasn’t yelling and that her throwing my jacket was not needed, she proceeded to keep yelling at me in french and the guy next to hear started screaming “we don’t care who you are, we don’t want you here”. I never even yelled or said anything to them to get this reaction or for them to throw the jacket in my face. Never stepping a foot in this hole. Disgusting workers with nasty attitudes.
Not good ventilation and asked the security guy to get some fresh air outside but wouldn’t let me but let other white kids and local kids stay out and reenter. I’m Asian. Maybe race card is not in played. What do you called this? Anyway it’s kids after 2000 born’s club with pop music. And no cruising areas for 🌈
This is the worst club ever dont ever try to go there. Let me share my experience. My first time there I saw was opened at 22:00 I arrived at 22:05 the security guy told me its not open yet at 22:15. I waited and then they told me at 22:30 then I started to doubt and not trust them. Homofobic security in a LGBTI club. I called the manager he apologized and he let me in after one hour when he arrived there. He offered the entrance and drink for free but of course I didnt accept. The cherry on the cake was when I paid 1€ the toilet but there was no soap to wash the hands and everyone was fighting for it. So for each time you go to the toilet you have to pay 1€ or for all the night 5€ and the services are horrible. No soap no toilet paper. They kicked me out because I found them in mistake. The girl in the toilet was histeric and unpolite. She was there to still money and to proof from drunk people. Not everyone drinks, remember this! Such dissapointed from this club in Brussels. Dont spend yr money there.
!!!! DANGEROUS CLUB!!!!!there is absolutely nothing worth the risk of entering this hell. all reasons are good to take your money. safety standards are not respected! if someone is injured they are thrown out like a trash. this place is absolutely not representative of the LGBT+ community, just an obnoxious and clientelist management and team.Cherry on top, some members of the staff seem to have a very targeted taste towards very very young men if you know what I mean (-18) I sincerely hope that the health and safety controls + the federal finance service will come and do their job.this place needs to be closed urgently for people's safety.
Disappointed isn’t a good enough word to describe the feeling we were left with. Several things happened -on the night of new year’s eve- that shouldn’t have. After paying for the toilet and waiting in line for the longest time, it was finally our turn. My GF was in the bathroom for quite some time since she has a severe illness. I kept the door from the outside, because there was no lock (!). People became impatient and called the restroom attendant. He immediately started yelling at us, banged on the door and even tried to go in! I tried explaining why it was taking a while and told him there was no need for him to be so aggressive, but he barely listened and clearly did not care. He told us he would call security if we didn’t immediately leave. He grabbed us and pushed us out, leaving one of our friends so upset that she needed some air. We asked security inside if we were allowed back in (we all had a stamp of the club + our tickets), the answer was yes. So, part of our group went outside to take a breath. When they wanted to come back in, they were denied access. Me and the other part of our group talked to the security at the door, explaining that one of their colleagues had said that they were allowed back in. The only answer we got was “out is out”, forcing us (who were still inside) to leave as well. They were rude, threw our jackets at us and pushed us out. We had done nothing wrong, so to be met with this kind of attitude and aggression is upsetting and disappointing, to say the least. We will be filing a complaint with the police.
