The location is good, relaxed atmosphere, nice decoration & crowd.Unfortunately, the service is the worst I have ever experienced. I was standing at the bar next to the tobacco machine not to bother other customers sitting at the bar.I was completely and consistently ignored by the barman who appeared to be busy but came to the bar at least twice.Any good barman would acknowledge a new customer and if busy, would say: I will be right back with you with a smile on their face whether they feel it or not. It’s their job.Instead, he ignored me and made me feel unwelcome…I have seen plenty of comments complaining about the same thing, so I can only assume that not only the barman is rude and unprofessional, but he also has the full support of the management.Sadly, I cannot comment on drinks or anything else as I had to leave. So many people underestimate the importance of a good service. As a customer, I am not willing to spend my money where they not treat me well.
Nice space but no hello or smile or thank you from the guy behind the bar. It’s not like he was busy, early on Saturday evening there were only two of us in the bar.
Music is always good. Service was good as well. The waiter had the mask off though but it was a nice place to chill and listen to good music in the meantime
