Lokum Stonewall in Poznań is a lively queer bar that has become a beloved spot for both locals and tourists since it opened in 2019. Nestled on Fredry Street, this venue is more than just a bar—it’s a hub of LGBTQ+ culture and activism, run by the Stonewall Group, a prominent Polish LGBTQ+ rights organization. The bar offers an inviting space where guests can enjoy everything from drag queen performances and karaoke nights to ballroom competitions and bingo. You can expect a laid-back vibe with plenty of friendly faces and a solid drink menu that even features a “Cheers Queers” pilsner.
What makes Lokum Stonewall stand out is its commitment to the local queer community. Beyond being a place to hang out, it’s also a venue for activism, hosting events that coincide with Poznań Pride Week, one of Poland’s largest LGBTQ+ celebrations. If you're visiting during summer, their outdoor seating area is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the festive energy of the city. Whether you’re looking for a safe space, a fun night out, or a bit of queer history, Lokum Stonewall offers it all in one cozy package.
Wonderfully queer! One of the cutest spots I’ve been to in Poland. Loved the art all around the walls, as well as the friendly service. Thank you for creating this beautiful space. ❤️
Good place, good vibe, good people. You can enjoy a chill atmosphere in the patio or party inside, we went to party a few times and the music and atmosphere were good.
Probably the best gay bay all over Poland. Less fancy&pricey that it would surely be if the location was in Warsaw. Far more open and welcoming than virtually anything countrywide.Quality cocktails, tasty snacks, superbly helpful and friendly staff. All at reasonable prices. Go for it - drink, eat, dance like crazy. You're in good hands here.
Music was goodCup cake was not so sweet , so many thanks. The size of cake also was quite good. So thank you for the fruity cup cake.Cozy and definitely recommended
First of all. This place was open on Easter Sunday which was really cool because most of the restaurants were closed that day.Even though we would have taken anything at that time, we were lucky to get into this location. We ordered some dishes and some drinks. The variety of beer from the tap was big and the cocktails they made were hand crafted and delicious. Even though the assortment of food isn't huge, the value you get for your money is quite good.I would highly recommend this place for some drinks in the evening or during the day.
My absolute favorite place in Poznan. Delicious breakfast and the most amazing vibe. The perfect place to let your hair down and just relax. Wonderful staff and very cool decor.
