Extremely clean and well maintained property. Beautifully landscaped. Visited on a 'Day Pass' ($5 / KHR 20,000). Gym equipment is a bit dated. Spa facilities start 5pm onwards. Limited menu for F&B, with mid-range pricing. Mix of locals and foreigners. Visited on a Thursday - sadly, it was not busy at all. Guess it was just 'one of those days'...Just a suggestion -- maybe if the sauna could run all day on Saturdays it would be a great weekend hangout.
I would stay here again, but it needs a little attention. The place itself is really good. Great rooms. Huge pool with plenty of poolside seating. Great location with a $2US tuk tuk ride to Pub street, markets, which are right where the gay bars are etc. My only negatives are minor. TVs in the room need upgrading. There's no streaming. Mirroring wouldn't work. You need to connect with cables and even the local channels were all fuzzy. No iron available. The jacuzzi is only available during "sauna hours" 5pm-10:30pm, when it's open to the public? But, it's the staff that just look like they don't want to be there. Unless you're ordering breakfast or maybe go to the bar (once in 4 days did someone ask at the poolside, if we wanted another drink) no one says hello, how's your day? Got plans today? Need anything?.... nothing. We sat around and swam in the pool for hours each day. Sometimes waiting at the bar for over 5 minutes with no staff passing by to get there attention. The staff that were ever walking around, cleaning, watering, masseurs taking clients to the massage rooms, don't interact, no smiles and look down most of the time. This comes from management down. We felt like we were in the way. Not sure how many staff are gay themselves, maybe they're uncomfortable around the gay clientele?I hope if I stay here again, I'll notice a change and see a happier team working there. But, I would stay here again. It just needs finessing.
The one place to stay while you stay in Siem Reap, as simple as that. Clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful bar and pool area. Excellent massage. Polite and pleasant service. Good, simple menu and decent breakfast. It feels like an oasis. Wish we could have stayed longer.
It was nice to stay at Men's Resort again after 12 years. I was happy to see that the hotel is still in business and maintain its standards. Siem Reap has changed a lot since then, and I hope to make another trip there in the near future.
We spent 3 days here and thoroughly enjoyed our time, from the warm welcome on arrival to departure. The staff were very friendly and efficient and Pierre was very helpful, arranging tours and onward travel, all charged to the room so no worries about prices. The pool area was very pleasant with loungers around the pool and tables and chairs nearby where you could sit and also where breakfast was served. The food was really good and the breakfast was lovely. Nice gym too. Thoroughly recommended. The location is great, out of the hustle and bustle but only a few minutes from the centre in a tuk tuk. Well done to the team, wouldn’t look for anywhere else to stay if I returned to Siem Reap. Highly recommended.
What a little gem of a hotel. Pierre and staff were outstanding - helpful , accommodating and kind. The hotel is a little oasis - food and drink very reasonably priced and top notch. Stayed in a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Bravo!
Amazing!!!Men's Resort and Spa in Siem Reap exceeded all expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness and the sheer comfort of the property. The location is ideal—close enough to enjoy the energy of the city yet tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat. What truly sets this place apart is its magical transformation as evening falls. After 6 PM, the atmosphere becomes even more vibrant, with the pool area coming alive with laughter and fun. It’s a place where you can genuinely unwind and connect. The food is another highlight—delicious and incredibly affordable, catering to a wide range of tastes. The massage room is spotless, and the staff is both professional and attentive, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.A special shoutout to the owner, who is the heart and soul of this place. His welcoming presence adds a personal touch that makes the stay even more memorable. This resort is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy Siem Reap in style, but it’s especially a haven for gay men. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back the next time I visit the city. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It was our first time visiting Cambodia and Pierre and his staff made us feel welcomed from the start. We were greeted by our driver and his new car at the airport for a very reasonable fee. The drive is about 40 mins from the hotel. Men’s has a cozy and friendly atmosphere with beautiful gardens, a nice lap pool with bar service offering great drinks and local dishes. The room was modern and spacious with everything you need and a nice firm mattress. Ours had a nice view on the third floor overlooking the pool. We both had a massage in the spa area and the massage techs were fantastic!!! There is also a Sauna opened from 17-22 each day.We booked our excursion from the hotel and were more than delighted with our tour guide for Angkor Park. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was an amazing day. There are tuk tuks waiting outside the hotel that can take you into town for a few dollars. We fell in love with Siem Reap and Cambodia in general. The people are so friendly and there is something very special there that it is difficult to express. We always felt safe at Men’s resort and in town. Thanks to Pierre and his team, we’ll definitely be back!
A wonderful resort which has created a welcoming and inclusive environment.Spacious rooms and wonderful facilities to relax. The Men’s resort team are all very professional, kind and friendly! The resort is located just out of town and yet so easy to jump into one of the waiting tuk tuks to take you into town for $2.The bar and pool area are fantastic to laze around.Thank you Men’s resort for a memorable stay.
Everything about Men’s Resort exemplifies excellence. The welcoming staff with the wonderful refreshing drink and cool face towel to the lovely appointed rooms to the food and drink options, to the fitness center, the exquisite grounds with flowers and gorgeous plants through - Pierre and his team of professionals work hard to ensure their guests experience a one of a kind stay.Honestly not getting paid or anything for this review - it really was just beautiful - the photos on the website don’t exaggerate- it is in fact why I uploaded the ones I took.I’ll lastly say, that the resort is close to the action in Siem Reap, making even more of an ideal option.
From the time I arrived until I left the staff for friendly and extremely helpful. They assist with booking my tours, as well as offering to help book my transportation back to the airport. The rooms were clean the pool and spa area. Very nice.
We had an amazing stay! Loved the room with the beautiful views and the pool area with the afternoon sauna and jacuzzi. The staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. Food was really delicious. And also enjoyed a really good massage booked with them. Would definitely come back! Thanks for everything!
A few words here cannot do justice to how much we enjoyed our 4-day stay here. Everything about the purpose of the place as both a tourist hotel and spa facility for locals (and residents) makes sense. Rooms, spa and pool are of a good size, well equipped and levels of cleanliness are superb. Limited menus are served, but more than adequate and dinner options constantly changing. The bar is well-stocked and it's good to sit out in the evenings meeting other residents and locals using the spa. The top reason for recommending to stay here are the levels of service offered by Pierre and his team, which made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable - nothing is too much trouble. Definitely consider asking Pierre to organise your sightseeing tours, especially Bob and Mr. Thorn for visits to the temples. Also this is where tourists and locals can mix in the evenings - Cambodia is such a wonderful country and the people are so friendly and really happy that you are visiting. We could easily have stayed longer. You won't regret it if you do too.
