Exceeded all expectations!Spotless and top-notch, with a relaxing ambiance that set the perfect tone.The steam room was is massive!There is a small hot tub.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a welcoming experience!

Not as busy as I’d expected on a Friday night, but the staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean overall, contrary to what some of the comments here described. Pawel, the massage therapist, was great and highly recommended.

Great design, great location BUT no customers! Venue was virtually empty on a Friday evening. Quite possibly THE most disappointing sauna experience I have ever had. I will never visit again.

I came to this Sauna for the very first time and had a very good experience, staff was very nice, but Specially this Guy named "Marius" He was the BEST bar tender I have met, the owner seemed a little uncomfortable with me being a trans Girl coming to his sauna, the place is Big and clean , nice good looking man also inside.2 important advices:For the price wich is 25€Change that old stinky towels that you give to customers, WoW that smelled terrible, stinky as hell. (Next time I Will bring my own towel)Should be even better if you have English Speakers with your staff.For the rest, this place is super recomended!!!!

It is hard to decide among the gay saunas in Frankfurt, as each of them has a "special problematic quirk". Metropol is perhaps big (even too much for the content), centrally located (in the gay "district") but also empty and seedy in vibe. It has all the disposition and the usual outdated attributes of the most of European gay saunas - poor sauna/spa facilities, tiled-bathroom vibe, unnecessary features (that "gym", jeez), uncozy plastic bed mats, aesthetics-wise forgotten in 1980s - even if clean-ish. Strange looks and giggles from the staff - you can feel the stranger has arrived.At the time I visited - Sunday afternoon (usual social sauna-time I think) - there were barely 10 people, mixed age. "Foam-party" e.g. part of the steam sauna filled with soapy synthetic foam to the ceiling. Useful. No one inside, no foam "party". Steam sauna dark and scary. Dark rooms generous but empty. Just showers, no chance to cool-off properly after a long and intense Finnish sauna. That's the usual gay sauna issue: they are designed for "the other things". If one does not get those, there should be at least a cozy sauna relaxation available as the base-level value for money.Overall it feels like some warehouse/provisional space repainted as a sauna. It needs a reconstruction - like in the last 40 years. Please, check out Boiler - they ask for the same money, but offer multifold more, a different level at the order of magnitude.
