i was the victim of a verbal and physical attack here by a staff member. i went to use the bathroom and someone began banging on the door to the stall. i kept saying someone was in there and finally when i unlocked to see what was the matter the person tried to force the door open. i tried to hold it closed and then the person said i should come out and that i was in trouble. i came out and the person began physically dragging me out of the bathroom. i was very confused. the person kept pulling and pushing at me and finally pushed me out of the door. i fell onto the sidewalk and when i looked up he slammed the door in my face.
WARNING! I was harassed, taken out and recibe attacks by the “security” guy. From the beginning he almost didn’t let me in either for my queerness or my origins. I enter and I was in my way to the bathroom but I got stoped by the same security guy who enter behind me and says “a good guest is not the one who go first into the bathroom” which didn’t makes sense and then push me out… It seems you can’t use the bathroom when you come in. Even if the fear is that you will not drink anything, he can ask for buy something politely before going to the bathroom. Then the situations turn into a racist attack. If you are a POC or an ally, pls don’t go to this bar. The attacker SHOUT AT ME leaving clear it was a direct attack and making clear his dislike for my origins and physicality! Racism all over!
Great bar with great prices and even better service! Falk is a hilarious bartender who gave us some tips about Munich on our first night out (on a Monday) and we had a great time at Ochsengarten.
