Additionally, there's a gym available for members, providing a space to work out before unwinding in the spa areas. The venue also hosts various events, including Biphoria mixers, fostering a welcoming environment for all attendees.
I have found the whole experience underwhelming. The showers had cold water. The shower wash units were empty. I had to ask for them to filled and when I mentioned the showers being cold, the receptionist shrugged his shoulders and said nothing he can do, get used to it. This to me suggests the showers very hardly get used which in turn suggests the shower gel units haven't been filled a very long while. I did not see anyone cleaning, the whole time I was there. The play rooms were filthy with used condoms which I can only presume had been left from the previous day or earlier from the day visited. It is a shame that the big talking point throughout the reviews is about cleanliness and hygiene. I would like to visit again but thinking about the latter is putting me off for life 😕
Excellent facilities and capacity however it is the dirtiest sauna I have ever been to which is pervasive and distracting from the experiences and facilities within. I would suggest closing off some of the sections in quieter times so that it is easier for staff to maintain as it is also the largest sauna I have ever been to. I would return and its a fun and interesting place but the whole thing needs a wash. Sorry.
There should be one day pass as I travel from West Midlands to visit the sauna which I am aware entry fee is £16. They want me to pay extra £8 for membership on top. There should be an entry fee, including a membership fee for people who visit just for a few hours I think £8 member is a rip off as other saunas don’t charge. Waste of my journey. Website is not clear.
Bloody terrible place. Save your money and go elsewhere. Catering more for the straights with posters of women everywhere. Where's the gay element? Plus it's filthy. There wasn't anyone cleaning while I was there. Horrible place and very bizarre for a 'gay' sauna. You pay membership aswell which is an absolute con. How come other saunas I know don't charge membership and they're entry fees are cheaper? Plus, rather than apologising, a member of staff just starting arguing with me when I mentioned how filthy it was. His excuse was, have you seen the size of the place? That's not my problem. More staff should be employed.....Anyway, I'm never going back there BUT I'm so angry as they have my membership money now.DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!
Online photos looks good but when u go and visit is really different not comfortable and there at bar people eating smells kebabs the rooms smell of urine the rooms to dirty and the floor to dirty is really old building the showers is not clean and I apologise I must say it on here I went in just for 4 mins what a waste of money never return plus £5 for the key? Not good
