The person at the entrance forgot to give me the ticket for my jacket and upon exit another person rejected to give it to me back. Had to check camera records to prove it and lost lots of time and provided much inconvenience. It could be nice to have some flexibility and manners against a customer instead of being rude and indifferent. Weird interaction in general.Kostas Tsimpoukas

Unacceptable behavior. They kept kicking us out of the bar speaking to us in Spanish even though we had explained to them that we don't speak Spanish. Meanwhile they let other local people sit there undisturbed. And in the end we were told that "this is Spain and you must understand Spanish" It's a shame to have racists in a place that is pro-diversity.Lucie Dawn

So glad I was able to find a great drag bar in BCN. The two queens who performed, Luna and Norma Lovegood, were so entertaining. Most of the show is in Spanish but for non-Spanish speakers, the queens do a great job at still speaking English to include everyone. Entry price included two beers so felt worth the value. Arrived to Barcelona for work, so I was alone.. Went to Strass to have a drink after work, it was quiet but the team there made me feel so welcome that I started to go almost every day, met new people and also took some of my friends there.The show start later, by this time, the place us buzzing and great atmosphere ... Great show too from the performers.I have to say that Strass become my favourite place while staying in Barcelona . Highly recommended and if you are traveling alone, don't hesitate to stop over, the amazing team will make you feel super welcome. I recommend it 100%... Good location too.Rebecca Clingenpeel

Super fun bar with a drag show around midnight. We went with a group and had a great time. The bartenders are super nice and the drinks are tasty!
