The perfect late-night haunt. This is one of my favourite hangouts in Phnom Penh, especially cuz the staff is lovely. Teddy usually has a low-key crowd during the week and gets turned up on the weekends. Amazing drag shows and such during Pride!Tony Collins

Nice restaurant with a friendly staff. The Club Sandwich was good, the drinks were quiet fine for a fair price.The wooden seats were too hard, to sit there comfortable for a longer time, but the owner was bringing a pillow for me.All in all, a nice gay friendly place for a good start into the evening.Troy Fyhn

Lovely little bar and restaurant. Average meal price about $4.00, but some cheaper options that are good too. Western foods include salads, sandwiches, burgers etc., plus soups and Asian foods. Friendly and open from 12pm to 12 am.
