We stopped in on a Friday after eating in a nearby restaurant, just looking for a spot to sit and have a drink. They were out of several of the specialty drinks on the menu and what my daughter ended up with was just okay, but the service was friendly and the overall vibe was good. Then, unexpectedly, it turned out there was a drag show starting. The hostess was amazing and the whole show was fun. Not what I had expected for our evening but it was great!
Great for a quick inexpensive drink. Very loud music and perfectly central location to a lot of other restraints and bars.Kind of small and more for a...
Love this bar!!!! Their drinks and shots are super cheap and the vibe is awesome. They were playing throwback rock music like Blink 182, Killers, etc the...
Great spot I have a great time every single time I go. Attracts a wide variety of patrons. I wish other bars on the street could take a page out of their book.
The CUTEST little bar we stumbled upon in WeHo. Lewis and Jameson were our AMAZING bartenders and they were super quick, friendly, and knowledgeable on the...
If you desire a place to enjoy drinks at WeHo without breaking the bank, the Bayou is perfect. A good starting point that offers nice cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Plus, if you desire food they have a small menu that offers wings. Let the good times roll!
Very cute hole in the wall bar. Not as packed as the other bars on a Sunday but nice for just a chill place to drink with friends. Very nice staff. Will be...
Matt is a great owner and smart business man. The Bartenders Jamison and Jamal were extremely helpful and kind. Can't wait for Mardi Gras.. Bayou Weho!!
This is by far the worst bar in Weho. Horrible bar tenders who charge you whatever they feel like and will yell at you for asking questions. Specifically...

Very nice and welcoming! Queens are very interactive and positive! A very good experience for those who are trying to settle into the LA gay experience!
I actually feel bad for the workers here but not enough for them to yell at guests. I've been to all the WEHO bars and never once felt so embarrassed for...

The worst security team I have ever experienced. As a young woman who wanted to go have a fun night out at this gay bar, I'd expect you guys to have better...
I went to LA for the second time 3 weeks ago. I wasn’t really planning on going out but one night I went to the Bayou and I’ve been to a lot of bars and I can say it was honestly a breath of fresh air! I had a great time. The atmosphere was fabulous, the drinks were great, and the overall vibe was something I couldn’t leave. Everyone in the bar was smiling and that’s something I can’t say I’ve seen everywhere. The employees were so much fun and really loved their job. I had the best time in LA and I didn’t have any idea that The Bayou would be my highlight. I loved it. I will be back!
The bayou is my favorite spot in weho! All of the locals will agree! Cheap yet delicious drinks, fun music, loving welcoming staff, all around great atmosphere!! The decor will give you some good laughs too! Make sure you grab a fluorescent pen from the bar and draw your own piece of art on the walls. Happy drinking!

The Bayou is one of my favorite bars in Los Angeles. Cheap drinks, friendly service, great music, and top notch ambience. The atmosphere and vibes are on...
Food was so delicious! I had the po' boy chicken sandwich... I don't know if it was because I was hungry or because it was so good but I ate the whole thing! Popcorn chicken was nice and juicy. Drinks were great too. They have the premade (strong) slushy like drinks. Bartender was super awesome and sweet. Took his time with us as we tried to decide what we wanted and acknowledged us when we came back to order another round. Owner came by since we were out on the patio to see if we needed anything and cleared away glasses/bottles. Had a great time and enjoyed the atmosphere. Great sayings and slogans throughout.

Bayou is a good time. We went because we are from New Orleans and had to see what a WeHo version would be. Drinks are decent. It was a good starter venue,...

Mediocre customer service, and we were rather disappointed. It was my partner's first WeHo experience and the "Selena Mule" was more of a mule-flavored...
Waited in line for 20+ minutes. Once the waiters friends were seen in line miraculously we "weren't in line" anymore. The manager that we NEVER saw claimed...
The Buyou is a for-sure go-to in West Hollywood, CA, for a premium, chill, friendly nightlife experience. It's a fantastic venue for meeting new people, flirting, and getting your drink on!My previous Starbucks co-worker and friend, Shannon, along with our friend Arthur, have been going to The Buyou for as long as I can remember. The Buyou is definitely a West Hollywood staple that anyone wanting to expand their weho experience, meet new people and have lots of fun should visit.
It's loud in here, so be prepared for that. The tapas are a great price and the people seem very social here. I wouldn't bring a first date here, but it would seem like a great place to gather with friends and music lovers. I love the location too, it's great walking around the downtown neighborhood.
Been wanting to come here since before I turned 21, and at the ripe age of 26 I finally did it! Ummmm I thought cheap beer in Hollywood came with at least a $7 tab, but not here! My friend and I got 2 blue moons for around $6.... $6!!!!! They also have awesomely amazing music playing all the time. The company is everything and the kitchen sink, but what do you expect from Hollyweird?! I will definitely be returning 🙂
Besides the very small bathroom space the beverage prices are modest and served quickly. Many times have the flavored Jell-O shooters/nitrogen drafts been a fave. Bartenders so hot!
Small, narrow, nola vibes. Always a great time. On the corner of santa monica and robertson so people watching on patio is great. Hardly been during the day so cant speak on the food or how late they serve.
This place is adorable and fun for weekend clubbing. The drink specials are what brought us to this spot. Our bartender was awesome. The music was also awesome.
Honestly this is my favourite WeHo bar. It's tiny, the food is simple but tasty, the drinks are cheap and the bartender's are great! Great to meet strangers and people watching from their little patio. You'd easily walk past this place and not see it, it's pretty nondescript! Super fun bar though.
Such a great bar! Hot bartenders! Well priced strong drinks! And there happy hour prices can't be beat in weho. Strongly recommend to start and end your nights here
80's night at the Bayou are always great, and keep me coming back. Small, but such a fun spot on the boulevard. Friendly bartenders, and fun drinks, like the Butter Beer. Take your chance & Spin the wheel while you're there.
As I told my friend when we walked in to the Bayou last night, it is Weho's best kept secret. We got 4 beers (and not Bud Lights or Bud Light equivalent...
Came here with two friends on a Friday night around 7:30PM (during their happy hour). I ordered the Cajun tator tots and the chicken nuggets. A friend...
