The Beaches brand was born out of the locational real estate expertise of Matt Flinn, the creativity and ingenuity of Rene Aleksander Carta and the management and staffing stylings of Logan Michael Carta and Jacob Shaw. Located in the heart of West Hollywood Beaches is a strong conceptually driven and fashionable LGBTQ+ focused hybrid restaurant and lounge. Thoughtfully designed and curated, the location and design pays homage to the nostalgia of 80’s Miami disco culture while it’s food & drink to authentic family recipes from the Cuban Carta family vault. Driven by the highest levels of energy, Beaches is wholeheartedly rooted in not only the visual but also the experience, delivered in a designer package. Utterly aspirational in look and infectious in energy, you will want to be filmed climbing the staircase, photographed underneath the neon lights or lose yourself in the tropical jungle walls.

this place is cancelled!!!! they’ve been stealing phones and people have been getting ruffied.i was there this weekend for my friends birthday and within 5minutes my friends phone got stolen and her gfs wallet, and 10minutes after mine got stolen too. we let the bartenders and security know and they did nothing like whoops idk girl. we heard other people also saying their phones were stolen. filed a police report the next day and they told us it’s been happening a lot in weho in particular at Beaches and High TopsHayley Leonardi

We went to the bar Staurday night and I was so upset. My mobile phone and creditcard sunglasses were stolen in the bar. It was so packed I obviously didnt feel anyone reaching in. When I noticed everything was gone, I ran up to the security guards at the entrance and I kid you not, word for word, this is what she said. "Yeah, I saw it happen, it was a girl with a white striped top she has run off with it!!!" I then started crying asking for help (we are from Australia) and the other guard turned his back on me. My friend and I stopped to watch the drag show as we were walking by and the staff invited us in. We had such an absolute blast. The drinks were great and when asked for a mocktail, the bartender came up with an amazing alcohol-free creation. Honestly, stay away! Came here because of the good music, but it’s the biggest SCAM on this street! Paid 25$ for a pretend-whisky and a vodka-soda (which i guess is OK for this place), BUT when we got here we asked the staff if there was free-seating anz he said yes. After 15 min we were commanded to move (we tried to deny, but the guard left us no choice (threatened us). The service here is not up to standards at all. I’m not one to usually post a bad review but stay away! The food came out cold multiple times the chicken was not fully cooked. The entire energy was off there was no synchronization between the waiters and the kitchen staff. Our order had to be sent back multiple times. The food looks great it is photo-worthy and very presentable that is just about the only really good thing about this establishment. I am really disappointed that my experience did not go as planned and a bad combination of bad staff and a bad experience with the food was just not acceptable by any means..Jesus H.

Service can take a little bit of time so if you want a drink without a wait then just hit up the bar.I got the Tostones Cups with Picadillo for an appetizer. These were really well done. We went to the Drag Brunch on a Sunday 2 weeks ago and had a blast! Doug was our waiter and he was great. The food was good for breakfast, the bottomless mimosas and bloody marys were the best part. I have visited Beaches a number of times now. The owners are SO sweet and the servers/bartenders really take care of me every time I am in there. They have some amazing DJs, I especially love coming in for DJ Tyus on Thursdays. This will always be my go-to spot.Also - Cauliflower Bites and Cuban Rice are amazing.Noelle Overton

Literally the entire staff was discriminatory and unabashed about their arrogant prejudice/classism. Want to support the community, especially post Covid-19, but my friends and I were treated so poorly. While all of the other tables around us were given excellent care, attention, and service. My tab was closed out before anyone at our table could order another round and then our server promptly got on the microphone to offer last call to all of the other patrons.
