While it’s known for its clean facilities and welcoming staff, keep in mind that weekends tend to be the busiest.

Cold dry sauna, jacuzzi with cool water, ice in the shower. The bartender doesn't know anything or how to do anything. Who did this Zbyszek leave to guard? People are scarce

I visited this sauna for the first time after a recommendation from a friend who is your regular customer. I must admit that I was treated very nicely by the owner and the very polite bartender. I've really never seen the staff care so much about customers, and I'm not just talking about hygiene, because it should be a standard rather than something to be praised.The atmosphere and the way we were welcomed are the greatest advantage of this place. When we enter, we don't feel judged, but rather welcomed as if we were visiting friends for a house party. The locker room is correct, then the showers, these are perfect, I liked the mirror and the colors of the lamp, so you can see what you look like in this light under the shower :D.Then the bar room, rich in spirits, cleanly, elegantly served with placemats. I really have nothing to complain about here. Above the bar there is a TV with entertainment content typical of such places, I would like to congratulate you on the fact that you are not only showing one canon of beauty, such as twinks and femboys, but you are also showing films with men of different body shapes and appearances, so I got "hanged" more than once. drinking beer :D.Next to the bar there is a jacuzzi and access to the terrace. The jacuzzi is a typical jacuzzi, with strong water jets, the water is warm and clean, not too chlorinated. The owner turned on a few disco lights for us to brighten up the mood in the jacuzzi, and for me it was a revelation, no one in any other place ever paid attention to it, it's a small thing, but I'm glad because it's really nice when someone cares about the customer's experience. At the bar there is music typical of the LGBT mainstream, the so-called "thumpa thumpa" or Circuit music, which I personally like more than pop music.Downstairs there are sauna rooms and a crusing area. The saunas are of a very good standard similar to those in the spa. Clean, hot. Wet and warm enough, not too hot without the risk of fainting. The sauna is dry, at the right temperature and clean, without any musty residue - it's really great. The bartender came to us in the wet sauna and asked if we should add more eucalyptus, and to be honest, I didn't expect such a question, so I'll give it a big + here.As for the people who come there, in most places of this type it is always a lottery and sometimes you will find crowds, sometimes fewer people. I wasn't expecting anything because I value the entertainment and relaxation functions of this type of facilities more. I think everyone will find something for themselves. The only thing I can advise you is to think about organizing thematic events, e.g. (only up to 35 or bears days), this will certainly help you reach other groups of potential customers. And they improved communication on social media such as Instagram and Tiktok, because now these are the main information channels for billionaire generations.Finally, I would like to thank the owner for really interesting stories about his adventures and experiences as an LGBT person in the times of the Polish People's Republic and the systemic transformation. I think that many young people should come there to at least listen to these stories because it is a very valuable lesson in Polish LGBT history. If you read this, I would like to thank you very much on behalf of myself and my companions for the wonderful and very interesting time in your place. When we are in Katowice, we will definitely come back to visit more than once.

This was the worst sauna I visited in Europe with a friend. Right at the entrance, a young boy who really looked like a child without intelligence. Attendance of writing on paper. That's probably not even the case these days. For 720 CZK for two, quite a bargain. I got a towel that was as hard as paper, maybe it was starched. The dressing room is small, but that would still be fine. Finnish sauna for approx. 3 people. Steam sauna, nothing extra. I didn't even try to browse the next one. The place was communist, a bit dirty. For us, I do not recommend this sauna unless you want a bad experience.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere, it’s like a tropical place hidden away away in the bustling city. Simply a great escape to have fun at and to get away from the stress of everyday life

I was there for the first time and I'm delighted 🙂 Very nice and clean place, very friendly atmosphere thanks to the nice owner and bartender.The advantage of this place is the swimming pool and jacuzzi in the open air season.I recommend this place!

I do not recommend ! Jacuzzis are never turned on all the time due to a failure (it is known that they save money). Rafał cheats customers on alcohol and adds a larger amount when leaving.
