Tucked away in a secluded residential street just off the bustling King's Road in North Point, CHAPS is a exclusively-men establishment that offers patrons an intimate, calm and cozy ambience in a very stylish, designer setting meet the likeminded, or simply to relax and unwind after a full-day's work in its multiple facilities - sauna, steam bath, shower, Jacuzzi, video room, reading library patio and resting areas.
CHAPS' main clientele are young Chinese professionals and business executives, but also are popular with overseas and western visitors and local experts. The establishment maintains and excellent hygiene standard and is managed by the charismatie, ex-fashion designer proprietor who is discreet, friendly and attentive and brews excellent cups of coffee - a place well worth visiting.

The first time I went to this sauna always gave me a very scary memory. The environment was completely dark, and even the dressing area had insufficient lighting. I couldn’t even see myself clearly. The towel the boss gave me when I entered was not dry. Besides, the towel was originally white, but unfortunately it turned into a grayish-yellow towel with a sweat smell. I wonder if it has been washed. There is a massage pool inside, and the water in the pool must not have been changed or cleaned for several years. At the bottom, the pool water has a fishy smell, which is really disgusting. Guests are allowed to smoke anywhere, forcing other non-smokers to breathe second-hand smoke. The wet steam room smells of mold and urine. D is a dark room for guests. The pillow smelled horrible after a big burst of head oil. It should have not been replaced in ten years. In addition, the epidemic situation is serious at home. Why were the government regulations on gathering restrictions not followed? Many people were forced to play in one place. In addition, the receptionist before entering the venue Guests are not required to wear masks, how dangerous is it? It’s really not worthwhile and stupid to enter with 128 mosquitoes. The sauna has recently been reduced in size from two floors to ground floor only, but upgraded to a high standard. E.g. spa pool, sauna and steam room look new and suit my needs to unwind. The staff has been upfront to advise me of the changes, and done a good job to keep the place nice and clean.Although the place is relatively compact, it's well-designed for people with different needs, e.g. to relax and have some quiet moment; to serve or to be pampered; to watch or to be watched; to have some fun by himself, with someone nice, or in group.Safety gears and lube, hot and cold water, complimentary banana to recharge, talcum powder or body lotion to suit different skin types, hair dryer and mirror to prepare you to face the outside world etc. are provided for your convenience.As the place is relatively small and the clienteles are generally professional, please be respectful, e.g. do not talk too loudly for too long, do not occupy the cubicle unless for what it's designed for..., do not adjust the spa pool, nor recharge your phone without asking. Please strictly follow the dress code for different theme days. As otherwise you may not be welcome any more.Man Keung Yung
