I wanted to give a special shout out to Nicole and the team at City Bar Vienna for creating such a fabulous space for us while we visited. We went into City Bar on Tuesday after watching the Eurovision Semi Finals at Why Not across the street, and we quickly gelled with Nicole, who is originally from the US. She took care of us so well, we made a point to go back for her Friday shift, and even though she wasn’t supposed to work, we were delighted to see her there after the Grand Finals on Saturday, too. The concept of found family and home bars is very much an LGBTQIA+ concept, and it is why welcoming bars like City Bar are so important. We met so many wonderful people from across Europe there. It was absolutely a highlight of the trip. If you are ever in Vienna, you MUST go to City Bar!Lukáš Křapa

small narrow bar popular among English native speakers and smokers. literally 90% were smoking. one of the few bars that feature a video wall though.mirko Piz

Absolutly the worse whisky sour that I ever taste, it's taste more of lemon than a lemon it's selfe and I don't know how but the whisky taste more like a rum than a whisky, but the place was fine and good musicPano Nikitopoulos

I had some pretty good cocktails and shots here, ambience and music were nice, the barmen and other guests were also cool. I was only a bit surprised there was no prince on the playlist, I had wanted to listen a purple 💜 rain. Would be happy to go back again try a couple more drinks.Mario Eigenbauer

Small but cosy place. Good drinks and friendly staff. I liked that music was not loud so you can actually make conversations with friends.Gabriel Uriarte

The place as a matter of fact is small but perfect, super cool and cozy place, great service and very chill atmosphere, is a place that u can come and have a drink a good laugh with a perfect vibe! We will not hesitate to visit it again! 😉Alon Malhi

I think the place is too small and I didn't have good time there, not talking to my friends nor talking with others.The bartender is okay. But I feel like bartender should be more inviting and friendly, and with us he was just okay.It might be good for small drinks with someone you know, but I feel like I'd prefer going to other gay bars.
