They are hate the foreigners. They told us that is a club for gay people and when we told them that is the second club that is telling the same thing, he answered saying that is a private club and we need membership! Awful experience avoid this club!

Such a friendly and welcoming team! Like many gay venues in Italy, you do need to buy a membership to enter — but the person at the desk was an absolute sweetheart. They even gave us discounted and free drinks, which was such a lovely surprise. The cocktails were genuinely excellent, and the space was impressively clean, including a little discreet cruising area for those feeling frisky. It happened to be karaoke night — not really my jam — but the energy was fantastic and everyone was clearly having a great time.Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a warm vibe, great drinks, and a touch of cheeky fun in Rome

[Disappointing experience due to poor communication and customer service]I’ve been to Company Club Roma three times now, and while I previously enjoyed the vibe, tonight completely changed my opinion due to how a situation was handled at the entrance and exit.On Pride night, the club was extremely crowded (obviously) but the real issue was the lack of clear communication about the rules. In the entrance, we were asked if we had the membership card (which we do), and we were let in without any mention that buying a drink was required. Inside, we received a drink card in the cashier, but again, no one clearly explained that we must buy a drink in order to be allowed to leave. They only said that the first drink is 10 euro for this night not 8.When we tried to leave after about an hour (without purchasing anything) we were stopped and told we should buy a drink to support the business. I completely understand supporting local queer venues, but the way it was communicated felt like oppression. The staff "insisted" that it’s not mandatory, but at the same time, we weren’t allowed to leave unless we purchased a drink. We were told our only options were: first: go back in and buy a drink, or second: buy one at the cashier and get a coupon for another day. We felt trapped and ended up buying drinks just to be allowed out. What bothered me most wasn’t the €10 for a drink (ita a normal price in Rome). It was the lack of transparency and the way the staff insisted that their team is "capable" of explaining things, as if the issue had to be our misunderstanding. Instead of acknowledging a possible miscommunication, they placed the responsibility entirely on us as customers. That’s not how good hospitality works. That being said, I want to give credit where it’s due: the bar staff inside were genuinely sweet, polite, and friendly despite the overwhelming crowd. They were clearly doing their best in a high-pressure situation, and their attitude did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. As a hospitality student myself, I value clear communication and respectful service. Mistakes happen, but if a venue can’t own up a lack of clarity, it’s disappointing. Sadly, despite having really enjoyed this club before, I dont feel comfortable supporting a space that treats guests this way anymore.I hope the management reflects on how to better inform guests, especially those who might not speak fluent Italian. A simple, clearly visible sign stating that a drink purchase is required to exit would solve all of this. Not verbally telling that its suggested...

I give this place a 5 stars , the staffs are great , very good atmosphere when not too busy , when it is too busy and suppose to be fun , it simply cannot , since the place is small. But go ahead and explore you may like rubs all over the place when it is busy. 😂

I'm black. I felt racially profiled and was embarrassed by the attendant. My friend and I were in Rome and visited the bar for about an hour. We were the only black persons in the club.At the end I covered the tab for both of us while we waited on a cab. Once the cab arrived and we were exiting the attendant accused of of leaving without paying our tab. While others left I had to log into my bank account to show that I had already covered the tab.

We went specifically on Sunday night as it was the last night of winter Bear Week. My husband and I are both involved in the bear and leather scene in Sydney and wanted to check out the Roman equivalent.Crowd were flirty more than friendly and quite cliquey. We didn't get to meet anybody as nobody came to talk to us the entire night. That wouldn't be the case in Sydney as we're a lot more inclusive of new comers. Probably wouldn't be in a rush to go back.Special thanks to the young lady who set up our membership. She was fantastic.

I was in Company Roma two days in a row. Had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful explained everything from A to Z. The drink were very reasonably priced. As a tourist I felt very welcome there by the locals. Would definitely recommend.

I was at Company on February 16th and 17th, I really had a great time, on Thursday I enjoyed karaoke and on Friday the party. The staff was very attentive from the guy at the reception, the bartender and the guy in charge of the karaoke. I sincerely highly recommend that you know it, it is a very good bar and the attention is exceptional.Thank you very much to all the staff.

I liked this place. I know some of you don't like the registration, but it happens in ALL Italy, also at the hotels and the airbnbs. I had to send the pic of an ID or give my passport. It is what it is. Anyway, everyone of the staff were friendly to me, the place has a bar, a smoking area, and a cruising area. Me and my friends had a great time.
