This bar is super cool and so much fun! The vibe is always spot on - lively, welcoming, and just the right mix of chill and buzz. The stuff are amazing - super attentive and always up for a laugh and the owners are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. They make everyone feel right at home. I’ve been going to Junior since 2022 when it changed hands and boy what a gem this bar is in the Yumbo. Matt and Victor, together with their wonderful staff, have created a welcoming and super-friendly bar with a great atmosphere and where new friendships have been formed. If you’re looking for a top-class bar, a warm welcome, great service, and a night to remember then Junior is for you.Martin Kelsey-Hatton

Junior is a friendly bar with a great team and excellent service. Located in the six pack zone the music is all coordinated with neighbouring bars so your not hearing 2/3/4 different tracks at the same time.Jerry C.

Basically one storefront wide, Junior is one of the smallest gay bars in Yumbo Centrum. It's tucked away at the end and next to rainbow steps. Big isn't...David Geary

My favorite place to go for a drink in Playa del Ingles. I have been visiting for 12 years now and never had a bad experience. Friendly welcoming fun staff and owners and best t-shirt slogans anywhere!Craig Burke

Keep away from the place. We was there when Winter Pride was on and went for a drink there on our last night and was charged 8 euros for 2 half beers and such a rubbish beer WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. DON’T GO THERE. RUBBISH!! RUBBISH!! RUBBISH!!L Kapuscinski

Very rude and unfriendly place. The staff/owners comment constantly on people’s looks and laugh them out! Unbelievable! I felt so disturbed by the comments they were making about customers that just ordered a drink. One of the owners is a proper alcoholic and the other lad Asian looking is actually nice but doesn’t do anything about his partners behaviour. If you fancy a drink without being laughed out, then I would suggest avoid! Both Dutch bars in the Yumbo centre are a joke. I’m always a happy person and don’t review places but these two bars really made me wanting to warn others! Btw love Amsterdam/Holland and the Dutch people these are just a few bad examples.James C.

Nice gay bar run by friendly Dutch couple. Table service with comfortable seating where you can watch the world go by. Not the cheapest bar prices, though...Bastiaan Korneliusson

I understand that an owner wants people to drink in the bar, but if you happen to have a bottle of water in your hand and try to sit down for a drink (that I was planning to buy in the bar) the staff was extremely rude and just sent me away in a very impolite manner... Of course I was willing to put the bottle away and order but that wasn't good enough. He tried to speak Spanish, but that didn't work either... The rudeness was unnecessary. Go elsewhere.
