My Rainbow Rooms is Lisbon's finest, exclusively male, gay guest house. Our luxurious apartment, completely renovated in 2017, is centrally located in a quiet residential area in the heart of the capital, only two minutes walk from the Saldanha subway station, on both the Metro's Yellow and Red Lines.
At My Rainbow Rooms, we want our guests to feel at home so, if you appreciate three meter ceilings, modern baths, elegant furnishing and sophisticated amenities, we think you'll find it's a gay boy's dream pad... a genuine openly gay hotel in Lisbon (as opposed to all those "gay friendly" hotels chasing your pink euros!)

I've visited many hotels and this is definitely the best place I've been because of the homely service and the staff are all sweet and happy to help, the place is really clean and smells good, I recommend everyone to come and enjoy I'll definitely come back here again I hope very soon, thanks for a great timeCharith Perera

My first ever experience in a hostel that I will remember!You feel so cozy when you enter the place, so clean and organised, and nice co-guests to share time with.Joel was very kind to show up at my arrival and guide me to the whole experience!The position is not central but very good in terms on connection with public transportation.Will definitely be back!Juan Manuel Fernandez

Probably a SCAM. Be careful with pre-payment. I tried to contact them but they didn't take the call so I tried to visit and the address didn't seem to exist or it is wrongly marked o google maps.Naor Gabriel Sibony

Amazing place with great staff, professional and caring about every visitor.The entire access(+lockers) are with a codes and you don't need any keys, which is great for me bcs I always lose these ☺️The noise is amazingly minimized using various techniques (foam walls included!), as well as people just being considerate.The bed is much more comfy than you'd expect, and you get a little shelf for stuff next to you (even on top bunks), which is yet only one more testimony to how detail-oriented is this place.The showers are separated from the main rooms area, so you don't feel it at all when someone needs some time in the shower, and you don't bother others when you have to shower.The people are extremely nice and the salon is super cute to chill in:)I eagerly wait for the next time I'm in Lisbon again, definitely coming back.Thank you gurlz, I felt like home💕🙏Kevin Sanders

I was pleasantly surprised with this location. It was my first time staying at a place with dorms and shared bathrooms. Everyone was respectful of each others space. The location is very clean and organized. Security was not an issue. The location is close to many restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.Thomas Buss

Love this place! Joel & Marc really build a home for travellers here where you feel welcome and like a family. All guests there are very nice. Due to good isolation the rooms are incredibly calm, the bed is really good, nice decor and very well thought out solutions for everything.This place is undoubtedly the cleanest guesthouse I have ever seen.Omar Ortega

This is super place to stay in Lisbon. From the communication before arrival to the sad time I had to say goodbye to come home, everything was excellent. Joel is fabulous, friendly, helpful and delightful. The room was perfect for me and the bathrooms were always spotlessly clean too. Will definitely stay again the next time I am in Lisbon. xJason Samsair

Price has gone up tremendously and is much too expensive for travellers above the age of 35. I stayed here once years ago and paid half the price using a hotel booking website. Now you can only book direct and sad to say that 135 EUR for one night one adult private room is simply too high. I would be happy to pay up to 80 EUR for a night but 135 is asking too much for a single traveller. Thank you.Evangelos Kosmidis

The best thing that could happen to me during my stay in Lisbon!!The space is incredibleDown townThe people are wonderfulThe hospitality was done sincerely with a lot of love and attentionIt was never a nuisance either at the level of noise or at the level of any other disturbance that could beAll areas spotlessly clean with 24-hour staff to clean and take care of the placeThis house is spacious and comfortable Their kitchen is open so you can cook whatever you want but also you can open the fridge and eat something if you don't have time to prepare it yourselfBathrooms are stocked with everything one could need, spotlessly clean, plenty of towels available and heated floorsIt has underfloor heating and there was never a Moment when I got cold and needed to wear heavy clothesEveryone is like a hug taking care of each other with anything from suggestions on where to eat and shop to personal advice on a friendly levelI became friends with the guys from that place and I can't wait to host them in my country and obviously to meet them againI know I have a house in Lisbon waiting for meRichard Renn

The guys there were very pleasant and helpful. Very clean too.To have mini fridge with real milk at the coffee machine would have been good but all in all very good hosts!I’m curious to know what the venue is next door???Craig BTC

I had a long stay between 2012 and 2013 while I was living in Lisbon and it couldn't have been any better. The guest house is located in Saldanha, a very nice neighborhood which is close from the city center but still safe and modern. The house itself is very cozy, with a nice kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything is kept very - very! - clean and Marc and his employees went to great lengths to assure I was having a good stay. At the end of it, they became my family in Lisbon and my place of choice when returning to the city. 🙂 I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them.Durval Martins

We just got back from a fantastic 5 night stay in Lisbon... my boyfriend and I stayed at My Rainbow Rooms Gay Men's Guesthouse and we loved the place! Amazing atmosphere... the apartment is well designed and has just been beautifully redecorated... the small but modern rooms have very comfortable beds with lots of thoughtful details (like recharging outlets on each side of the bed!) The staff was friendly, courteous, very helpful and spoke perfect English... it's an excellent value for money and will definitely stay there again!
