The design of this place is stunning, combining the best of the Japanese onsen with elements of Indo Chinese architecture. It's also immaculately maintained by a very handsome and friendly and attentive staff. Massage was solid, the therapist very kind and nice-looking. Oh, and it's full of hot guys: mainly muscly 20's and 30's locals, but definitely someone for everyone. Worth the long grab ride and the slightly higher admission for sure.

Adam Spa is a beautiful facility, well designed and well-maintained. In fact, I've been to many men's saunas in various countries, and this is one of best I've seen. The staff is great and the setting offers many opportunities for relaxing and meeting local guys. I plan to come back.

This is one of the most relaxing spas I’ve visited in Vietnam. The Japanese onsen baths are wonderful and the whole environment is calm and beautifully designed.

I love the concept of this Japanese onsen spa in Saigon. Everything is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. It’s a great place to unwind and escape the busy city.

I have visited many spas across Vietnam, but this place truly stands out. Adam Onsen & Spa offers a wonderful Japanese onsen experience in Ho Chi Minh City. The space is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and the facilities are excellent. The onsen baths and sauna create a deeply relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to forget the busy city outside. Spending a weekend here feels like a complete relaxation journey. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique onsen spa experience in Saigon.

The place is so modern and beautiful! The outdoor shower place is so great. So many different types of sauna to choose from. The place smells good too. They put a lot of effort to keep it clean.

Fantastic place! Clean, lots of space, all different types of rooms (steam, sauna, jacuzzi, play rooms, etc.). I particularly liked the dry herbal Sauna on the top floor; it smelled amazing. This place really is on another level compared to the other gay Spas in the city.Cost was $195K on a Saturday night on your way out. If your only experience is something like a Steam Works, this will blow your mind. Some areas can be quite dark and involve stairs, so be careful and don’t over drink or anything. And the guys are great of course, mostly local. When you arrive it will say “Adam Spa” as opposed to NaDam Spa as a heads up.

Nice facilities, a little far from downtown, a few massage boys haggle you for business! Has a bar and restaurant inside! Facilities are very beautiful. It is busy place, but staying downtown at another sauna will probably be just as good! It has hot tubs and 3/4 sauna rooms include dry and wet sauna! Showers are too dark! One thing i did not like is the lighting being too dark in the wet areas, constant tripping hazard. Next time if i am in ho chi minh i would not take the effort to come way out here as saunas located closer to the city (galaxy and 69) have just as much fun and also provide decent facilities!

The sauna equipment was good. I heard the owner is good investor to take care of property clean and nice. But you need to watch about the tips when you use massage service !!! they forced you to pay extra a lot of money for tips(double price than the service fee) .Even they said that it’s depends on you. Some staff are so rude when they asked too much tips and you don’t agree with it. They are impolite and attitude to the usI hope that the owner can read it and fix this problem.

I have experienced many spas, but Nadam Spa always leaves a lasting impression thanks to its cleanliness and professionalism. Every area, from the hallway to the treatment rooms, is thoroughly cleaned, with no trace of dust or dampness. The staff wear neat uniforms, with tidy appearances and professional manners. What I truly appreciate is the clarity in every process, from the warm welcome and consultation to the start of the treatment. There is no rush or carelessness; instead, everything is handled with thoughtfulness and precision. The quiet atmosphere, the gentle aroma of essential oils, and the relaxing music combined with the professionalism of the team allowed me to feel completely at ease and satisfied. This is a major reason why I look forward to returning again and again.

The spa space is extremely clean, from the reception area to the treatment rooms, everything is tidy and well-kept. The staff are professional, always welcoming guests with a polite attitude. Every time I step into Nadam Spa, I feel completely reassured because hygiene is given top priority. All equipment is thoroughly sanitized, ensuring peace of mind for customers. The spa maintains a fresh atmosphere with a pleasant aroma and no dampness. Staff are attentive, skillful in their techniques, and professional in their manners. I truly appreciate the meticulousness in every detail, from the fresh towels to the spotless chairs. The treatment rooms are private and quiet, creating a comfortable and professional experience. The service procedures are clear, the staff work systematically, never carelessly. Nadam Spa truly earns trust thanks to its cleanliness and professional service style.

It was pretty busy on a Saturday night. Almost 100% locals with almost no English, which made it fun and interesting! What I didn’t like about it is that (as others have mentioned) it’s so dark in most areas you can’t see anyone clearly. You have no idea who anyone is or what they look like. You just sort of have to blindly hope for the best. Also, it’s about half an hour outside the city center, and it’s more expensive than the other saunas (cash only).

Crazy masseuse is so meticulously asking for such a high tip, even up to 300% of the service fee that you would already pay before (and for the record, I didn't even once ask for a "happy ending" or anything) . Don't ever try their massage service!!

This is hands down the best sauna I've been to in Asia and one of the best in the world. It's not the biggest, actually it's quite small. But it's the most asthetically beautiful sauna and feels very clean. In a word: classy. There are three very small steam rooms, each smell beautiful with spices, fruit and herbs hanging for fragrance. It's designed like a 1910's Japanese bathhouse, and very well done. The showers were all great, and there is a cool bathing pond and a warm pool. I do wish the pool was a bit warmer and maybe a bit cleaner though. By the end of the night some of the rooms were very very dark, but I didn't mind because they were well enough lit when I arrived for me to appreciate that they were clean and well designed. There are very beautiful garden areas with chill out chairs, a kind of antique clock museum room (why, but also why not!) and a large and beautiful paludariun. This is the kind of space that is not just well maintained, but elegently managed with an eye for beauty. I was there on a Thursday afternoon and there were maybe 15-20 at any one time, a fairly young crowd (mostly 20's) and quite fit. The staff were very friendly and good looking masseuse available if you want, but I didn't try that. If there are awards for saunas, this should win one.

I felt really bad. Don't get a massage. My friend and I decided on an hour-and-a-half course for massage, 750K Mandong course, and when we asked the counter staff how much the basic tip was, they said, "There are no basic tips, so give us as much as you want." But when the massage was over, we came in with a paper asking for tips, and we asked for tips, and when we wrote down 100K, it was ridiculous to ask for 1,000K. The massage cost 750K, but we didn't receive any service because it was ridiculous to ask for tips of 1,000K. It didn't go well at all, so Koreans, don't come here if you come to Ho Chi Minh City. And the counter staff didn't know about it, so they took care of it and went away

My review is with the caveat that I went on a week night and at a time I learned was not super busy. Busiest time on week days are 5-8PM and when special events are happening. Facilities are great. Workers make you feel welcome, albeit they often are trying to get you to have a massage. Location can be a bit hard to find, so if you feel like you are heading in the wrong direction or towards a dead-end, keep going. You’re heading in the correct direction. 😊

I've been to over 40 saunas around the world as I research them and this is one of the coolest facilities, BUT and a big BUT, why is it so unbearably dark in the evening? Like it's so dark there are moments where it's actually a bit dangerous (ahem, in the saunas where you cant even see the heating elements). This place is so dark that it was a turn off - if I can't see my hand in front of me or where I'm stepping, how am I going to see if there's someone I want to meet?I'm going to go back during the day just because the facility is so cool, but please, for the love of god, add just a little bit more light at night. It can be low red light that makes everyone look hot, but the total blackout vibes are not hot.

Best and biggest gay spa in the city. Beautiful and relaxing area. A bit crowded during weekend but also full of extraordinary options. Clean and good facilities. The music is a bit off. No mouthwash provided. Massagers are like model-hot and asking for high tips. One of them was being kinda rude after not given high tips.Worth paying a visit when you're in HCM city.

Highly recommend Nadam Spa. I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The decor, set up, staff and other guests were something I have never experienced at a facility like this. I've been to one other sauna in Saigon but Nadam is now my favourite. If you're looking for a relaxing space, they have it. If you're looking for a place to have drinks and food, they have it. If you're looking for fun and or a massage... it's there. The price is more than fair. You wont regret it.

One of the best saunas I have ever visited . When one arrives, you do not pay. Only on departure do you pay for the entrance fee. One can order drinks and simple meal as well. Venue is so well kept and everyone working there is professional and friendly. Easy access with taxi. When you enter:1. get key2. Staff directs you to locker, they even open it for you and give you clean slippers and towel.3. Explore the area, steam room, dry sauna, jacuzzi warm and cold water4. Outdoor upstairs area and indoor upstairs area with small maze . Upper level is dark room.5. Great outdoor area to chill6. Can choose also masseurs for massage7. Great gym area and equipment, even better than my hotel.8. Price for foreigners is 195000 dong as of May 2024, which I paid.

We went Saturday evening around 6pm. There was some music playing and the place was very busy with a lot of handsome locals. Also, the place is very clean and smells nice. The only minus point is that in my opinion it's a bit too dark, so it was hard to not hurt myself walking around and I couldn't properly see the handsome guys.

Massage isn't worth it unless you want a happy ending. Not my thing and I had to tell the guy to stop a couple of times. They pressure for a huge tips after. Waste of money. The quality of the massage was also poor. If you're looking for a good massage, look up the massage places with blind masseuses. As far as other amenities. It's a decent place. Steam room, warm pool, sauna, onsen, etc. There was a crowd there each time I went.I'd return again, but not for a massage.

Best in HCMC, Fantastic spa and plenty of locals to enjoy. There's a small pool, hot tub (lot's of action in there), sauna, steam room, dark room, a few resting areas, beverage bar, dinning area and a gym. Massage boys are extra.Time flies when you're having fun and relaxing! Love this place!! Busiest during the early evenings during weekdays and Friday to Sunday. Action doesn't happen all the time so don't be disappointed. It all depends on who's there when you get there.
