I went to the Prowler Soho and Prowler RED last night, February 3, 2026, and when I looked at my Prowler RED receipt, I noticed that I got charged for two of the Prowler Magazines at 20 quid each and was only given one, which I did not ask to purchase. The cashier scanned it (twice, apparently), put it with the other stuff I was purchasing, and said that "there's no charge" for it, so I was like "ok, whatever, stores sometimes throw in their magazines or catalogues when people buy stuff."The exact same thing happened to me at Prowler Soho, so I'm assuming I also got charged 40 quid I didn't ask to spend. However, I can't confirm that I was double charged for the Prowler Magazine there because I was not given an itemized receipt at the Prowler Soho.The real kicker? The Prowler Magazine was supposed to have a 20-quid-off voucher for the next purchase, but -- surprise, surprise -- both of the ones I got had already had the voucher removed. This makes me question if the employees are double-charging for the magazines to boost the company profit and keeping the vouchers for themselves.I understand that the voucher essentially makes the magazine free, but it's extremely uncalled for to force it on someone, double charge, and then not actually provide the voucher.If I had only been charged the 20 quid for one magazine at each place, whatever. But 40 quid when I'm only getting 20 quid worth of product (at least at Prowler RED, again, I was not able to confirm if this was the case at Prowler Soho) is not okay. If it happened at both locations, that's 80 quid I'm out.I will not be returning to either of the London Prowler locations, nor would I recommend anyone else visit if they ask for my recommendation.On the bright side, the staff was helpful and answered my questions at both locations.
Came in With a Suitcase, Left Wondering Why Shopping Was Suddenly FunPopped into Prowler Red while travelling, suitcase in tow, and fully expected to do a quick in-and-out. Instead, Dan turned it into an experience. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, funny, and genuinely welcoming… the kind of service you don’t expect but instantly appreciate.Soho is busy and tourists aren’t always the dream customers, yet the whole team kept their spirits high and the vibe genuinely friendly. Credit to everyone, but Dan was the standout. Knowledgeable, honest, zero judgement, and clearly passionate about what he does. He somehow made shopping… something I usually avoid… actually enjoyable, which is saying a lot.I left with more than planned (entirely his fault😬), and if my suitcase had allowed it, I’d have done even more damage.I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in London… empty suitcase, questionable self-control… which is probably exactly what Dan would recommend.Huge thanks to Dan and the team for the laughs, the great service, and for making me enjoy shopping… something I didn’t think was possible. I’ll see you next time… with a bigger suitcase.
I’m super disappointed in the staff. I went there for the first time yesterday, and while the staff super helpful and i really love their clothing, they added 2 x £20 to my bill for their magazine.When I paid, the person at the counter made it sounds it was free, and didn’t say anything about the fee. And for some reason they added it twice (I only got one of course). I was on a rush when shopping so I didn’t pay attention and didn’t notice until today.Seems like they wanted to extract another £40 after I already spent £600. That’s really stupid as I will never go back there again.
Rubbish customer service, inflated prices (can find identical products cheaper across the street), and a non existent returns/refunds policy (which staff will not tellyou about upon purchase).
Very good shop, Davide was very helpful and gave me advice on the products I was interested in, all in all great shopping experience and will definitely be visiting again soon!
I was here on Monday and the staff in the counter was very rude and unwelcoming, like if you were bothering them for asking questions, and there weren’t many customers in the shop. For someone never buying stuff like that I was very lost specially with sizes and he wasnt helpful at all.
Had an amazing experience in the shop, David is not just having good style, also gave me a few advices of the products that I purchased, I ended up buying so many things and it was so worth it.I would definitely come visit again soon.
The shop as a whole amazing, Jaime and Davide went above and beyond to help me choose what I needed. As soon as I got the till unfortunately I was met with Aaron, who just seemed unhappy to be there the energy was all off and he had a big attitude when it came to paying. Unfortunately some people shouldn't be in a customer facing roll.
Excellent customer service from Aaron (Nox) and Davide. I’ve bought a pair of leather jeans (brand Prowler Red classic) and Aaron shortened it within half an hour for me. One of my favourite go to shops. Always loads of different stock and always well stocked. The staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Aaron (Pup Nox). They look after me and my pups and boi's extremely well providing a first class service. I can't praise them enough.

Not a welcoming shop at all.I went in yesterday afternoon Monday 09/10/23 with a friend.I was considering buying some fetish clothing which normally would go to Clone Zone opposite but thought I'd compare and see how the two matched on price.I started off with some light humour saying I missed the QX magazine and Capital Gay paper we used to have delivered free to bars every week and asked if they remembered the paper.Completely interested in any form of communication and would be better suited to the benefits que at their local unemployment office.The attitude of the two members of staff was disgusting and won't do any favors to whoever owns this business.One was cutting an orange rubber ball in half and the other behins the counter looking equally as productive.Teach your staff some back to basics customer service skills and manners.Equally if they don't want to be there get rid of them.Clone Zone has a much nicer and friendly environment and that is where I will continue to go in future.I felt as if I had invaded a place and not welcome.Hostile in a word.
Went there on Oct 6 in the evening and the two staff members were absolutely welcoming and gave the space necessary to shop freely.But here's where it took the turn I normally don't experience in a store like this. I asked for assistance on preferred brands and experiences and I got into a really thorough conversation with both on pros and cons of different lubes, and personal device uses and without a hesitation they gave me personal accounts and led me to precisely where I needed.Incredibly friendly, had great banter, and ended up spending more money than I planned as they were so detailed!While I've been to Prowler Red many times in the past this visit was exceptional! Keep doing what you're doing! Thank you for a great time and making sure I had exactly what I needed!
I went today and being shy and bigger gay I was looking for a big harness. The gentleman who walked there was so kind and helpful. He put me on ease and for the first time I didn't feel judge in gay venue like this. The kindness and positive attitude was amazing. Big thank you!
Friendly atmosphere, not intimidating at all when it definitely could've been. Shop assistant was lovely and friendly but not invasive or intrusive when we didn't need help - great representative for the store.Great selection for a small shop, little pricey but expected in Central London.
Such great customer service at this store! Every question answered confidently and without any funny looks or making me feel silly for asking! Various products explained thoroughly and was easily understandable, great products suggested as alternatives. My favourite adult store in London! Special shout out to Eric, such an excellent employee, no problems keeping the store open just a little later than normal for me to finish deciding on the many items in my basket. Had mixed experiences here. First time I went in it was near the end of the day. Had a great chat with a member of staff who seemed really up for helping me find what I wanted. Let me try on a harness and was very relaxed about me being trans and not having had top surgery. Great with advice and telling me about different options. Decided I wanted longer to have a proper look around so decided to come back later.Came back two days later and the member of staff I'd talked to originally wasn't there. I explained to a different member of staff one of the things I was looking for. They showed didn't let me look at the toys I was curious about, told me what I was looking for didn't exist because nobody wanted it and were quite dismissive of me making me feel like what I was asking for was ridiculous. I'm not sure if they just weren't used to dealing with trans men but the first staff member I talked to was so great about me being trans.I ended up going to Clonezone and finding something that works perfectly so what I want clearly does exist.
Felt a little shy before coming in but the staff made me comfortable immediately. Wide selection of leathern and kinky bits 😛 This store has it all. Anthony was a charm 🙂
I’m mostly familiar with sex shops in Budapest, so that’s my only point of comparison.BUT!This place was a whole different level!Finally a place where the stuff isn’t just cheapest of the cheap chinese import weak stuff.You definitely made a new customer! Cheers, guys!
Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. They have personal interest or experience of the items for sale and have handy recommendations. Good range of quality items.
This place is on a whole other level of thievery! They rip you off right where you stand. Pay attention to the amount they just make up in their minds before you swipe that card! They steal from you right in front of your nose.
Sam and his team are spot on 👍 everything I’ve ordered has been delivered on time, refunds are dealt with efficiently and customer service is perfect. It’s now my go to shop for when ever I need something 😄
Compact but quite well stocked. They have managed to fit in quite a lot of merchandise into a relatively small space so there is a variety to choose from. Staff are friendly and helpful. It would be useful if, for online shopping, there was a clear distinction between Prowler Red and Prowler Soho. I realise they are the same company but the two shops cater for very different clienteles.
