I had previously enjoyed this place, but my last visit was very disappointing. The staff at the bar were unnecessarily rude and the situation was handled in a very unprofessional way, which completely changed my impression of the place. In particular, a man working at the downstairs bar with slightly grey hair was especially rude and dismissive, which left a very negative impression.

Awful experience here. Bouncers simple didn’t let us in because it was full and they didn’t want to. And guess what, we had the tickets booked already. During the talk, bouncers shoved one of our friends into the ground without any reason. There was no provocation at all, and simply used violence for no reason. I also heard similar experiences from other friends, and I really hope that the parties I enjoy going, get hosted in other clubs so that I don’t need to visit this place again.

Awful experience: Racism and violence from the bouncers. Bouncers are aggressive and racist, they physically assaulted a female person of color from our group. Only the white skinned from our group were granted access to the club, despite us having arrived as a friend group and all having tickets. When we asked for a refund, one of the heavier bouncers assaulted our female person of color friend. Even the other bouncers present held the aggressive bouncer back, it was obvious that he crossed the line. There was no provocation or any physical “threat” from our side as we were all women. This is not the first time, I’ve heard similar stories from friends before. I would not have believed this happening this time, if I were not present there myself. Party organizers, please choose a different location for future events.

Always a good time! Never had a bad experience of not getting into the club when arriving dressed proper and with a ticket or early enough. Quite a range of nice events :)
