1 star even feels to generous 🫤 Me and my friends came on a trip to Brussels, on our first night we thought it’s only appropriate to get a few bevs. When we arrived at the jungle bar it was good vibes all round drinks were flowing people were falling. Until me and my friend went to the bathroom together, might I just add it is normal for 2 girls to go to the bathroom together on a night out to feel a bit more safe. So away we went. A few minutes later, a loud banging on the door made us jump out of our skin. We didn’t know what to do as it was getting more aggressive every bang we heard, so both of us opened the door to be sure that it wasn’t one of our other friends. We were shocked to see 3 tall scary men standing outside our stall screaming at us in a different language, now as two 5’ nothing girls we were terrified so we quickly closed the door as we were so frightened which took both of our full strength to close. A few minutes go by and the banging does not seem to stop so we decide it’s time to stick up for ourselves, we came out of the stall trying to understand what they were saying but we just didn’t understand and at this point we were just as mad as them as we felt we did nothing wrong. We were escorted to the bar were we were told that two people were not allowed to go to the bathroom together as they had an incident with 2 other men not to long ago. This does not excuse the way we were treated, as we were angry we gave the shouting back to the security men as we felt disrespected. God forbid we stuck up for ourselves and as we did the security man accused us of “assaulting” him, we were shocked at this comment as this was just lies at this point. They made a decision to kick us out while our friends were inside which made us feel even worse as when we asked could they go get our friends they did not hesitate nor ask what they looked like they just went in and got them, which made us feel as though we were being targeted all night. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy. If you have a rule advertise it, don’t just accuse us of something we didn’t do.

The service was awful, the guy at the entry was very weird and asking about the girls in our group in a weird way. I would honestly be scarred to go inside if I was a girl just from the outside impression. Girls be careful.

Groovy bar, just around the corner from the Grand Place (next to the weed store). Has a few tables out front and a decorated cool and dim interior with Indian and Indo-American statues. Club vibe with mellow music.

Well, I didnt know this was a gay bar. Not homophobic at all but me and my girlfriend had quite the laugh when more people started to come in. Service was great. The drinks were great too. The long island I had was made the right way. Cool atmosphere with the design of the place

Quirky, fun, well made (very generous content) cocktails. Good place to start or finish an evening. Staff were really friendly.
