Very cool gay Bar. Busy fridays and saturdays. Stuff are all volunteers. The tips are used for charity. The prices for all kind of drinks are very very very low...find out yourselfes....

My favorite place to go to in Munich and an important safe space throughout my life. The people working at the bar are incredibly helpful and friendly, willing to help me out when I was in Munich by myself for the first time. The place is friendly towards all kinds of people, trans people, tourists and disabled people are also treated with respect thankfully. The prices are also okay in my opinion. They even a queer literature corner! All in all, I definitely reccomend this place to anyone who is queer.

If you are a member of the LGBTQIAP+ community and you are new to Munich I really recommend getting involved here as a volunteer. The staff are all really nice and doing a few shifts here has helped my German and made me feel a lot more at home.

The bar at Sub is always a great choice to hang out. The environment is very relaxed and friendly and one can immediately feel welcome. It’s easy to socialize with new people and the diversity and openness of the people visiting this bar is amazing. The beers and drinks are really cheap, since this is a non profit organization. For several years it’s my default choice when I want to go to a gay bar in Munich.
