I visited with my boyfriend in November. The bartender was so nice to us, he spoke good English. But the mix of tourists and locals was nice. He recommended a really good curry udon restaurant. It was a nice friendly place to spend an evening after dinner. Kyoto doesn't have much nightlife so places like this are the best!

Had a chill time Monday night in Kyoto. Rin was very friendly, welcoming and accomodating! Drinks are well priced. Rin even let us try some Shoyu! The bar also has karaoke if you are keen, otherwise great selection of JPOP in the background ❤️

I visited last november all the way from México. The owner and waiters were so kind and the vibe over all was great! People seemed to have a great time there! Highly recommended if you're visiting.

This bar is super cute. Rin-san, the owner, was very friendly and spoke English! At first, the other patrons were a little bit shy towards us, but we speak a little Japanese, and they warmed up. If you want to feel welcome and be surrounded by good vibes, come to Bell Kyoto. And don’t forget to buy Rin-san a drink, he works very hard and is probably thirsty!
