About The Benidorm Bar

The Benidorm Bar takes the loudest bits of a Costa Blanca holiday bar and drops them into Liverpool’s Pride Quarter. The current programme mixes drag DJs, karaoke, tribute acts, themed bottomless drinks and deliberately cheesy party music, with walk-ins welcome across the weekend.\n\nIt shares the wider 27 Stanley Street entertainment complex with other concepts including DYSCO and Navy Bar, but the Benidorm theming and its own programme make it a distinct experience rather than simply another room with a different sign.

What an absolute hole… £16.80 for a pint and a single vodka and J20. (The guy even tried to only give me half the bottle of j20 but charged me for the whole bottle). He put my pint into a Guinness glass haha! Very expensive, but the barman said the owners ain’t the best and he was embarrassed charging the prices. Music was good, DJ was good … apart from that I’m not having all these mental 5* reviews 😂😂

Me and the girls booked Benidorm bingo with bottomless for my birthday! We all loved it everyone left on such a high! The drag queens are one of the best we’ve seen across Liverpool so interactive and got us all involved (was a bonus winning the prizes too)! Everyone of us said we would back! Drinks choices were amazing too lots to pick from!

We stumbled upon this hidden gem after bottomless brunch elsewhere and wow, what a great time we had. We stayed all night and didn’t want it to end. We were on the Karaoke, having fun with strangers, drinking the most gorgeous cocktails. The bingo is absolutely hilarious!!! The queens are incredible. We’re looking for an excuse for another night out soon to come back!!! Xx

The bar had a strong damp smell and an unpleasant odour that made it feel unclean. The smell was unbearable and actually made me feel sick. It seemed like the venue needs proper airing out and a deep hygienic clean. This really impacted the experience and made it hard to feel comfortable. Its apparent this is an issue they are trying to mask by having dozens of air fresheners dotted about and in the Dysco club upstairs.

Visited the Benidorm Bar end of March and had a Amazing night with friends! The staff are so polite, hard working and always go out of their way to make sure you have a lovely time. The Drag Queens are just Beautiful, Elaborate had the place bouncing with the music even had everyone joining in to do a Conga ! The security staff are always on hand asking if everyone's ok, to guiding you up and down the entrance stairs as they can be steep! Lovely touch ! This is a place where me and my friends feel safe to be as other parts of town you dont get looked after like you do in Benidorm, DySco and the Navy Bar ! These bars will always be our choice of venue for the future !!!
