❌NOT A SAUNA❌ I’m not sure why this is labeled as a sauna. This is a sex club. This place resembles nothing like a sauna and has no amenities other than showers. They restrict who comes in. You need to be under a certain age and have a certain body type.l (although they aren’t strict). There are many private cabins available to have fun. Protection and lube provided. Towels are also provided. Crowd is on the younger side.

Visited Bodybreath! Tokyo on April 26, 2025, at 9 PM. Sauna and crowd were great, but the front desk staff were shockingly unprofessional. At check-in, they gave us locker keys without explaining anything. At check-out, they accused my boyfriend of losing a black wristband he never received. Another guest we met had no wristband either and checked out without problems. The staff were rude, aggressive, and completely unlike the polite and respectful service we always experience in Japan. We felt cheated and deeply disappointed. Management seriously needs to fix the staff training. Shame, because the sauna itself was excellent.

The crowd is good mixed of locals and foreigners, many have muscular physique and some spoke English too, age between 20s and 40s. Entry price is not expensive 1500yen, as a foreigner I did not receive discrimination as I heard they do not allow long hair or oversized customers, I’m neither. However, no nudity allowed in sauna so I had to rent a pair of briefs at 200 yen as I do not typically wear underwear, not a big deal. Place is small, 2 toilets and a small common shower area. Towel replacements are free, and there is mouth wash and water fountain. The maze is cramped but they doubled the floor space by stacking the cubicles ontop of eachother. Imagine soho style configuration for the cubicles so each cubicle is like a capsule bed, you have to crawl in or you will hit your head. Be extra careful when climbing up and down the stairs as it is very dark and the structure doesn’t look that sturdy. There are supplies like lube and protection in each capsule bed. There are guys from everywhere and I had fun with a few locals and foreigners. Would recommend for anyone that’s looking for fuss free fun time.

Great vibes and nice set up. I'd say as a foreigner you can have a good time here, they are hardly present but I think that you'd still get approached. The "type" at this place is stronger and fit guys, though I came as a pretty skinny and fit guy and got a bit of attention. A bit hard to meet guys in the corridors, but I found just sleeping in one of the darker bed areas is the name of the game if you want someone to approach you. The actual setup of the place is quite narrow but it was sexy, there were mirrors in odd places so the space felt a little bigger and you could also peak something happening in the other room though it's obscured. Limited private rooms with doors that lock (maybe about 3 or 4?) so it's first come first serve. Otherwise, if you find an open bed that usually fits 2-3 people and you'll usually be left alone once it's full. Two main cruising areas, one with lots of narrow halls and bunk beds set up in tight spaces, another that is mostly a larger open area for group fun. Shared shower room that can fit 3-4 people, they also have a wear underwear in cruising area policy. Overall great experience, unfortunate if you are older than 40 or have long hair/bangs - you will be rejected. Basically they have a crew cut policy. I have a bit of a longer afro hair and still got in, but if you have bangs just push all your hair back and you can get in.

I went and it was fine, the guys were young, masculine, and slim, however as the night went on a lot of bears escaped from the bearcamp next door with which it shares a door and suddenly it was full of bears and the concept of the bar was lost.
