Wanted to come here for a very long time and my excitement and expectations were meeted. In this place I had a very beautiful experience, the beer was both cheap and delicious and personally, the possibility to smoke inside makes the ambiance far better and informal. Fully recommend.

We came across this bar by accident when we were leaving Altstadt to head back to our hotel. My partner noticed the various phallic objects hanging where bar glasses are normally stored and we decided we had to pop in, say hello and ask about them..The gentlemen we spoke to was great and told us the story of a regular customer who brought back a wooden willy from his travels as a gift..and since then, the collection has grown..Its quirky and made us smile..Thankyou to the lovely barman for his time and for allowing us to take some photos..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAR All the below positive reviews are by owners friends and some old customers. Certainly, here's a draft for your Google Maps review: We visited this bar and were extremely disappointed. At 6 PM, it was already packed with old drunk patrons, all of whom were very loud and shouting. The music was blasting so loudly that it was impossible to have a conversation. The space inside is incredibly small and had an unpleasant odor throughout. Additionally, people were smoking everywhere inside, which made the environment even worse. The worst part was the bartender. He was very unfriendly; after we ordered our drinks, he ignored us and kept making weird faces and we eventually never got our drinks after asking twice. He then continued to walk around the bar, clearly wanting us to leave. Overall, a very negative experience. Would not recommend.

I’m pretty sure the owner will reply to my review with full on rudeness and defensive, but I still will post the review for others to read and be careful. As the behaviour seen in owners reply for any negative review is absolutely same behaviour the staff has inside the bar. The bar staff is so so rude and keeps making faces when asked for a beer, it was a big problem for him to do his job and offer one beer. No smile and no welcoming feeling, it feels they are not happy to even be there behind the bar. People are just very old inside and loud music and stinking everywhere. The floors and furniture are very dirty and just dust everywhere and full on rude behaviour. Don’t even waste your time and money there and stay away.

Burgklause ROCKS !! , It was my first visit today and i had a wonderful time. I would certainly recommend this place to everyone who's looking to chill out and especially to the people like me,who are new to the city because they make you feel welcomed . I appreciate the friendly bartender who despite being busy , take good care of all the guests.... Hats off !!
