I walked in and greeted kindly by the bartender. Very kind and polite. Amazing ambience and I felt very welcoming. Reasonably priced drinks. I didnt try the food tbh but great ambience. Clean space, friendly crews, and good crowd. Totally recommended

This place was a wonderful experience. As a refugee from Ukraine and an LGBT person, for the first time in my life I found myself in a place where people are protected by law, can be themselves, and not hide. Thank you for the incredible feeling of safety and freedom. I will return to this bar!

This location is a landmark in Germany, with stories suggesting that Freddie Mercury, the lead vocalist of Queen, frequently visited this place in the 80s. I subsequently visited Cafe Nil, and as an American, I found the food to be very good; the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was vibrant, as one would expect in Germany.

A charming and familiar place, with nice and friendly service, you easily feel yourself at home. The food is well prepared and delicious. Try their strawberry cake. Good place for dinner on a weekend, or just sit in, let’s have a sip and a chat with your friend or with your significant other.
