My stay was absolutely incredible—far beyond anything I could have imagined. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I felt genuinely welcomed, accepted, and cared for. A special thank you to Nathan, who was exceptionally kind and accommodating from the moment I checked in. His warmth truly made my day and set the tone for an amazing stay. Joey, Johnny, and Daniel were also incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The property itself is outstanding. My room was beautiful, the pools were stunning and felt like an exotic luxury retreat, and every part of the resort was thoughtfully designed. The maze and cruising areas were adventurous, respectful, and embraced a sex-positive atmosphere that felt safe and liberating. This was unlike any vacation I’ve ever experienced. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, more connected to myself, and genuinely accepted. It was not only a fun getaway but also a surprisingly uplifting and affirming experience. Thank you to everyone at Casa Oliver for creating such a special place. I’ll always remember my stay and look forward to returning.

Wow! Can't tell you how incredible our stay at Casa Oliver was. This was the first time in Palm Springs for my husband and I, and it did not disappoint! The rustic vibes were a gorgeous view of the hotel, and the atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting. Even though it may have been small, the complimentary breakfast snacks were great! BIG shoutout to front desk staff Daniel and Joseph, who were so welcoming and extremely accommodating throughout our stay! I will recommend this boutique hotel to anyone traveling to Palm Springs, and will definitely be back!

Our experience with Casa Oliver was, without question, the worst resort experience we've ever had. We checked in, entered our room, and quickly realized we would not be staying. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not resemble the accommodations portrayed online. The bathroom was unsanitary, the overall condition of the room raised serious cleanliness concerns, and we were uncomfortable enough that we immediately began looking for another hotel. Safety was an even bigger issue. We observed individuals on the property who did not appear to be resort guests, including day-pass visitors and people who appeared to be under the influence of drugs. We personally witnessed what appeared to be drug use and smoking just feet from our room. We never felt safe. The property's sanitation practices only reinforced our decision to leave. We watched bags of leaking trash from the previous day being dragged through the pool area, with liquid spilling toward the hot tub. It was shocking to witness at a resort. We documented these issues on video and notified management. No meaningful solution or alternate accommodations were offered. We left the property and paid out of pocket to stay elsewhere. Interestingly, the staff at the resort where we ultimately stayed were not surprised when we described our experience with Casa Oliver. To make matters worse, after telling us they would not charge us the remaining balance since we were not staying, Casa Oliver charged our credit card for the full balance anyway. We have disputed the charges with American Express and are providing our documentation as part of that process. If you're considering staying here, I strongly encourage you to read the reviews carefully and proceed with caution. Our experience was expensive, frustrating, and completely avoidable.

We recently stayed at Casa Oliver in Palm Springs, and I have to say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The environment is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The staff are exceptionally helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. The property is impeccably clean, and the entire place has a fun, vibrant energy that makes it a joy to be there. Everything was absolutely top-notch, and I can't recommend Casa Oliver enough for anyone looking for a memorable desert getaway.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Daniel, Nathan and Joey are so attentive, friendly and kind. The most minor request was completed in less than 5 minutes. It was a birthday trip, and they brought me a goodie bag and a bottle of Prosecco. I was so floored by their kindness. Great service! Fun atmosphere, especially on Sunday during the Lover Boy pool party. My room was larger than I thought it would be, super clean and was quite nicely decorated. The a/c was great.! The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, and the facilities are very clean. It's very nice to walk around the property, the reflection pool is lovely. Olivers Den is an experience that every one should have at least once. It did not disappoint. Very diverse crowd, which made for fun conversations and fun times. Made some great friends during a long weekend. This place should be the go-to during the off season in the summer. If you can handle the Maze, you can handle the heat. I hope it's the go-to all year round. Having stayed at a less than desirable spot for the last 10 years, this was a big step up, because after hour lurkers were kept out. I felt that my belongings were much more secure at Casa Oliver. I'm looking forward to more trips there in the near future, and I can't wait to see the many other improvements that they have coming. Definitely check it out.
