Dorothy's Showbar Swansea

Absolutely appalling service from the blonde-haired bar staff member. I handed her a token and, rather than simply explaining what it entitled me to, she shouted directly in my face. I’ve genuinely never experienced someone so needlessly rude behind a bar. No patience, no basic manners and completely unsuited to a customer-facing hospitality role. Management seriously needs to address the way she speaks to customers.

I was here 2 years ago and it was so fun. My partner and I met all kinds of new friends. The drinks were good and the atmosphere was super friendly. Great music, great people! Security is also very much enforced but they're so welcoming and respectful... I felt safe.

We visited here on Friday and had the best time! Aluna and Bitchelle were absolutely fantastic and the bar team were flawless. We’ll be visiting on a Friday night again!

Gemma was an absolute star! The vibes were immaculate and such an amazing member of staff at dorothy’s in swansea! even though it was a quiet wednesday, made the life of the party!!!

Such a great atmosphere here, the queens (especially Bitchelle) are all so amazing and very interactive, each weekend I come here the bar staff are fabulous, Teagan and Gemma are so lovely, always feels like they are happy to be there. 10/10
