Very rude waitress. I ordered a sweet wine, but after tasting it, I found it too sweet and slightly sour for my taste. When I said I didn’t like it, she looked at me in a very insulting way and said “I told you it’s sweet.” I believe it’s completely normal not to enjoy a wine after tasting it. There are hundreds of different sweetness levels and flavor profiles. Instead of being kind, she reacted in an authoritarian way, as if I had done something wrong. Later, while I was gently touching a flower on the table while talking to my friend, she again gave me an unpleasant look. She then came over and warned me that if 100 people touched the flowers every day, they would have to replace them often. I was only lightly touching it. I wasn’t damaging anything. A wine bar should be a place where people relax and enjoy themselves. No one should feel lectured in that kind of atmosphere. Unfortunately, her attitude completely ruined the experience for me.

Very friendly staff and a variety of local wines for you try. Highly recommend.. Staff are very professional and regularly check up on you and offer their expertise and help you choose a glass of wine if you are not already familiar with wine.

Amazing bar. I know very little about wine but my wine-elitist friends loved it and so did I. Great service, great wine and great food. 11/10 would recommend. 🫪

This surely the best wine bar in Düsseldorf. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The staff is very friendly, quick and attentive. The wine list ist impressive. We chose the Brendel Chardonnay and the Incognito Red blend by Philipp Kuhn. Both very lovely wines and it was a great evening. Highly recommendable! Enjoy!

Got this tip from a local...it is a bit intimidating to a tourist to enter this place but once you are there it totally worth it! We ask the waiter for tips and he explained us a lot about German wine! Super good experience!
