It’s a fun bar; a local friend brought me here. They have a bingo night on Wednesdays. Hanging out with locals is the best way to experience the culture.

I came there many years after livingin Köln. I stood by the bar, the barman saw me straight away as he kept looking at me. He served a few people who waited before me. Then ge started serving people who just came to the bar. I waved saying that I came earlier and if he just could serve me one Kölsch. He paid attention but kept serving new people who were just coming to the bar. A new barman came, he also served people who came after me. I asked why is the other barman ignoring me on purpose. He was just telling me to calm down, talked to the other barman, they both kept rolling their eyes out and kept serving everyone else who just came to the bar. Eventually, the first barman served me and handed over the card machine with 15% tip on it!!! I said, he's not getting any tip! Then he removed it. I asked what was wrong with him and he yelled at me that "he was on his own" and i saw other people at the bar. Disgusting service, staff is rude and scam people, they are incompetent and unprofessional and yell at customers for their own incompetence. Seriously unbelievable, unpleasant, nasty, disgusting attitude

Card only! Very small but very fun, drinks were good, music was great! I can only really complain about the size (and thus how packed it was) and there being only two toilets (from which one was clogged at around 3 am if not earlier)

The worst bar I have ever been to. Charge 1€ for each glass as deposit and then refuse to return the money as we bring them back. Also the staff made sure that the deposit return people are the last to be served at the bar. Staffs were very rude and basically call my friend a “deposit collector/beggar”. Literally SCAM at this point.

I work for different LGBTQIA+ travel agencies and I came here to check and probably recommend this place. I've been sober drinking only Redbull, so when I came out to have a cigarette, waiting in a line to get back, a security guard aggressively pushed me so I almost fall I told him that he could just ask me to step back so he responds me in German and I ask people nearby what he told me so basically there were swear words about how do I look so I came inside and ask my friends to leave this place. The only positive thing about this place is the music. I will ask my business partners to put this place on a black list just because I already saw lots of complaints about a security guard and I experienced this myself today. So I understood that the administration doesn't care about reviews and doesn't take any action. So it's not safe to go to this place since they have such a kind of personnel.
