Its approach centres on ingredients with a lower environmental footprint, fermentations and creative alternatives. Fabulous cocktail bar!!! The concept for this place is great: sustainability. We ordered straight off of the menu … cannot for the life of me remember what we ordered but all the drinks were tasty. We also ordered some of the bread which was good as well. Very friendly staff and great vibe. Highly recommend!

Had dinner at Fura on Amoy Street last night. Chef-owner Christina Rasmussen trained at the Culinary Institute of America and was head forager at Noma before opening this place — and honestly, that Noma pedigree might be part of the problem. You walk in expecting to have your mind blown, and the food just doesn't quite get there - yet. The concept itself is solid: "Future Food," a plant-forward gastrobar built around invasive/overabundant species (jellyfish, insects) and produce most kitchens would toss out. Cool idea. Jellyfish ceviche (aguachile, caramelized pineapple, mandarin, tortilla) — fine, nothing groundbreaking. Bread and butter course (banana black garlic bread, forged tallow, pink peppercorn) was the highlight — they light the tallow like a candle at your table, genuinely cool moment. The mafaldine with charred purple corn and corn espuma was the most "normal" dish on the menu, well executed but no wow factor. Cocktail-wise, the 100% Smash (empirical soka, green apple, sumac, mint) was interesting to drink, but the presentation was basically an afterthought. Bottom line: the concept promises more than the food delivers. Go for the experience and the story, not expecting to be blown away.

My second time here and they didn’t disappoint! The staff here were all sooooo friendly and so helpful! They’d constantly check in on you and make sure that you’re comfortable. Every single drink we drank was so well thought and i loved the flavour of the drinks. We had one of the “wines” called the sticky mango and it rly delivered what the tasting notes mentioned in the menu! Definitely would recommend coming here for drinks! Cheers for the great service! 🥂🥳

My wife and I visited FURA during our trip to Singapore, and it was one of the most memorable experiences of our entire visit. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mulia, who looked after us throughout the evening. Her hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine enthusiasm made us feel incredibly welcome and added a personal touch to what was already a very special experience. The cocktails were exceptional—creative, beautifully presented, and unlike anything we have tried before. We also enjoyed the in-house wines, which paired wonderfully with the food. The house-made appetizers were outstanding, showcasing unique ingredients, incredible craftsmanship, and flavours that were both surprising and delicious. What makes FURA truly special is its ability to combine innovation, sustainability, and world-class hospitality without ever feeling pretentious. Every dish and drink told a story, and the team brought those stories to life with passion and expertise. As visitors to Singapore, we were looking for experiences that would leave a lasting impression, and FURA exceeded every expectation. It wasn't just a meal or a few drinks—it was an experience that made our Singapore visit even more special and memorable. Thank you to Mulia and the entire FURA team for an unforgettable evening. We will be recommending FURA to everyone we know who visits Singapore.

Fura is an eccentric, experimental and genuinely future-forward cocktail bar that feels like an experience in itself. (*ฅ́ ˘ฅ̀*)♡ The vibes are absolutely everything, and every drink or dish coming out of the bar is as unique as it is delicious. Some of the combinations might look completely out there on paper, but somehow, they make perfect sense once they hit the table. It works, even for the drinks that are non-alcoholic. A huge shoutout to the team for making the experience even better, they were simply incredibly attentive, warm and full of the best energy. They took such great care of every guest, all while serving up the biggest smiles. An unforgettable spot that’s clearly not afraid to push boundaries. Definitely one to experience, and highly recommended.
