About Gorgeous Nightclub

Gorgeous is Wolverhampton’s best-known LGBTQ+-rooted nightclub, occupying a large city-centre space with a main dance arena, smoking terrace, lounge and booth seating. It stays open later than most local venues, so the energy builds after midnight and the crowd is often broad and mixed. It is no longer experienced by everyone as an exclusively gay club, but it remains part of the city’s queer nightlife story and is still marketed as an attitude-free space. Go for a big late finish rather than an intimate community-bar atmosphere.

I am disabled. I get cold easily. Wasn't informed I had to leave my coat at reception because it had a hood.... At extra cost.

Went for the 1st time this weekend (Friday 09/09/23 & Saturday 10/09/23) the reception staff was amazing so polite I didn't use the 1st bar I used the one by the dance floor the staff on that bar was amazing so polite answered all my questions about the deals they had on please pass on my thanks to them. I recommend this place so much & having read all the reviews I was skeptical about going but I really enjoyed it and will go again. Gorgeous is the name and all the staff both male & female are gorgeous aswell if you pardon the pun.

Rubbish place, no atmosphere, cider tasted off. Was ready to leave after 20 minutes but as I'd paid £6 to get in and I'd been forced to put my coat in the cloakroom for £2 I wanted to get my money's worth so stayed for an hour!
