Submitted a review here on my other account but didn’t see it get published so I’m rewriting it. On 03/05/2025 (a Saturday) I got to the queue 45 minutes before the entrance had to be paid for. The queue was about 10 people long at this time so I didn’t believe that it would take that long to get in. I ended up having to pay £7 for my entrance and as I complained the staff told me I should’ve been earlier which seemed quite rude. Later on in the night there were a few other issues with the toilets being some of the messiest I’ve ever seen and felt like a swimming pool. The prices have also been raised unfairly making this probably one of the most expensive venues in Stoke and as a member of staff kicked somebody out, the staff member cut me on the finger whilst aggressively making his way through a few people. It’s such a shame seeing other nightclubs that have bigger building in the area sink downwards and places like this being the only options left.

Unprofessional conduct, physical aggression, and financial extortion" I am sharing my experience to warn others about the long-standing, toxic culture at this venue. Three years ago, I had one of the worst nights out here. The music was terrible as usual, but far worse was the conduct of the head bouncer, who put his hands on me. When I rightfully told him not to touch me, he aggressively dragged me out. I was banned based purely on gossip and false allegations after entering the premises solely to assist a vulnerable individual struggling with severe alcoholism. To make matters worse, the individual handling the IDP/case deliberately misinterpreted the situation and recently tried to charge me an unauthorized £200 'fee' for his time regarding data that was supposed to be completely removed from their databases. Charging patrons to correct false allegations is entirely unacceptable. I chose not to file a formal complaint initially out of goodwill, but given the ongoing disrespect and predatory financial demands years later, I will be escalating this. Avoid this place if you value your safety, your wallet, and professional integrity." A Quick Note on the 3-Year Gap Because this physical incident happened three years ago, the bouncer's actions are outside the typical window for a standard police report or civil claim for assault (which usually has a 3-year limitation period in the UK). However, the fact that they are still holding onto your data, misinterpreting it, and trying to extort £200 from you right now means the venue is currently in breach of UK data laws. Do not let them bully you into paying a single penny for an incident they mishandled years ago.

Weird old pervert kept staring and following me and my partner around. Walking in and out of the venue wherever we went. We had another weird guy come us to us kept asking personal questions about where we live. Where we are staying the night. Kept being touchy even when told no. Spoke to security and they didn’t do anything and allowed it to continue even after him sitting there watching it happen. All feels like it’s connected since all of them kept communicating throughout the night. Never going back. Wish I read the reviews before going.

Bouncer was rude , unprofessional, disrespectful.....and eventually we didn't get in....we spent night at Pink instead. Finally get there tonight, Saturday 11pm, 20 teenagers, one old pervert, half on half girls and boys. Waiting 5 minutes for desperados and being there another 5 minutes to have no excitation at all. They scan your ids on entry like nowhere else. I don't care about it and happily had an id with me this time but people who want to be discreet with they sexual orientation won't go there.....
