Dear G Star Management Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experiences at your venue. On three separate visits, I encountered the same issue with a bartender who was consistently rude and unprofessional in his manner of service. During my most recent visit, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully while placing my drink order, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would also like to highlight that I had difficulty reading Mandarin, and I did not feel that adequate patience or assistance was provided to help me place my order properly. As a customer, I believe everyone should be treated with respect regardless of language ability. I am bringing this matter to your attention as it has affected my overall experience at your establishment. I respectfully request that this issue be looked into seriously and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and professionally in the future. I hope this feedback will help improve service standards. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Glen Kong

One of the most popular gay clubs in Taipei. People are gorgeous, the who of who of the gay world is here. However NO ONE IS DANCING. Everyone focused on the barrage of Korean music in front and the flash mob will dance and everyone will watch. Somewhat like Chinese karaoke where one person sing and everyone else pays attention and appreciates the singer. Second - it’s an endless balad of Korean music. Maybe it’s a Saturday night thing, but I am not into Korean music thus I don’t understand nor do I enjoy. Do I need to know more Korean music? Or be a Korean music fan? Do all gays need to know and love Korean music? Is this a Korean music night? Third. Crazy system for the bar, instead of the normal ordering people have to queue all the way up the toilet. No Aircon up the stairs and it is very hot. Maybe this is the place for you if you enjoy Korean music and blend well with the gorgeous non-dancers.

I was hoping to go to a club to dance.y friend in Taipei took me there on a Friday night. The admission price of NT$500 (approx. US16) is quite reasonable, given that it includes 3 beers or 2 cocktails. If you go as a group, you will be led to a table. I was there from around midnight to 3:30 am. The music was lousy. At one point I went upstairs and saw the DJ was looking at his (or her, can't tell) cellphone and looked totally bored. The worst is that the business doesn't enforce no-smoking policy (mandatory in an enclosed indoor space by the government). There were many people smoking. The place was filled with cigarette smoke. My lifespan was probably shortened by 5 years from all the inhaling of second-hand smoke. Throughout the night, many people stood in the dance floor area and NOBODY was dancing. What's the point of going to a club and not dance? I would not recommend it if you are looking for a good night club to dance.

A must party while in Taipei. Such an atmosphere, an interesting form of fun, cannot be found anywhere else. Be prepared for the free sauna, it's very stuffy. Very crowded place.

Overcrowded to over the limit, this club is a safety concern. They squeeze in as many people as possible to a point nobody can move. A crowd crush can happen any moment. On top of that nobody is dancing, not enough room, everyone is just waiting for a cringy gogo dance show. Possibly the worst club I ever been in. Avoid at all cost, I hope they will shut the place down soon, just a disgrace
