Dear G Star Management Team, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experiences at your venue. On three separate visits, I encountered the same issue with a bartender who was consistently rude and unprofessional in his manner of service. During my most recent visit, I felt that I was treated disrespectfully while placing my drink order, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would also like to highlight that I had difficulty reading Mandarin, and I did not feel that adequate patience or assistance was provided to help me place my order properly. As a customer, I believe everyone should be treated with respect regardless of language ability. I am bringing this matter to your attention as it has affected my overall experience at your establishment. I respectfully request that this issue be looked into seriously and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure all customers are treated fairly and professionally in the future.
