I broke my shoe and tripped and therefore didn’t let into the club and as a result of being ‘intoxicated’ whilst my friends were let in who had drank an equal amount. Multiple security guards swore at me, using “fuck” at me for no reason when we asked why we couldn’t be let in when being respectful as I was sober enough to. Lisa, who lied and said her name was Melanie, was completely disrespectful and was completely unprofessional by being rude when I asked her why we were not allowed in. As well as that the manager Ricardo, also used swearing as a mechanism to dismissing us instead of giving us a clear answer. They said we were not allowed in due to not being members, when our friends who have been to heaven the same amount as us, and are not members, were not allowed in. On top of that, we had paid a lot of money to get to Charing Cross, what a waste. Completely rude, swore at us over and over again while we never swore, never want to come back. Would not recommend to anyone. Completely unprofessional. I’ve never been sworn at like that. Those security guards should be fired. Pictures of Lisa and Ricardo have been added.

Great vibe, very fun mixed crowd of all shapes, sizes, and persuasions, mixed drinks might as well have had 3 drops of liquor, otherwise barkeeps were chill. Would go back.

The front door service is very disrespectful. That young black lady on the front door obviously have 0 customer service experience, the way she spoke to us was unacceptable! Same for the guy beside her that went in to asssint her! We came from Norway to visit the nightclub and we were refused entry only because they said 'our faces are not familiar' ofc not bcs ... We are tourists!!! Anyway waste of Uber money and waste of time . Hire more experienced staff..

I was able to enter Heaven once without any problem, but every time I tried to return afterwards, I was refused entry without any clear explanation. In my experience, the door policy felt completely inconsistent and arbitrary, depending on whoever was making the decision at the time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend making your night plans around coming here, as even if you’ve been admitted before, there seems to be no guarantee you’ll be allowed in again.

This man turned us away for absolutely no reason. Said my friend was too drunk. Stone cold sober and said nothing out of the ordinary. Work elsewhere if you are so miserable.
