Great place to stay while visiting SoBe. Tucked into a nice residential neighborhood, this boutique hotel offers a variety of rooms well themed in "industrial chic" and a great breakfast. The bar/lounge is a fun way to spend an evening, meeting other hotel guests and fellows from the neighborhood. Friendly staff and a great value. No onsite parking is available so, plan on arriving without a car or park in a public parking garage such as Trader Joes.

Amazing staff and that makes up for everything! Breakfast is included as part of your stay . Rooms are comfortable and nu e large bathroom and shower. The Sauna is wow ! Don't miss it ! Lots of activities in bar too , by way of entertainment, bar staff amazing at making cocktails and reception staff go over and beyond to help . I stayed two nights before a cruise and they let me come back and spend the day after my cruise as my flight wasn't until later in the day ! Alvaro was amazing 🤩 I will definitely come back to spend my vacation here . It's like home from home and every one is so friendly. I shall feel sad when I have to leave .

The staff were amazing very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there were a few downsides. 1. the bar and sauna similar to (bathhouses) but VERY small , clothes are optional ( no one actually wearing clothes just a towel or nothing anyways both close quite early at midnight weekdays , except on Fridays and Saturdays when I believe they stay open until 2 a.m. and i think Sunday they close at 12 am. 2. The room itself was nice and clean, which i appreciated. However, the walls are very thin. You can hear footsteps from the room above as well as noise from neighboring rooms. I understand why they provide earplugs, but I personally find them very uncomfortable, so they didn’t help much. I think adding something like a “SNOOZ White Noise Machine” in each room would make a big difference. 3. Another issue was the location. It’s quite far from the south beach and other activities (my fault i didn’t really look at the location), and there is also construction happening in front of the hotel, which was inconvenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before. First-time experience was excellent; unlike last week’s one. I reserved a spot in the shared room with cubicles at the last minute. The hotel emailed me after the first night to see if I required anything. My bed was extremely noisy. I noticed that all other cubicles were empty; hence I approached reception to report the bed and ask them to change my room. The young receptionist’s demeanor was one of refusal, with a clear “NO” evident on his face. They emailed me to say my room couldn’t be changed since the others were fully booked and paid (as if I hadn’t paid for mine). They then offered, and I quote, “If you wish, you can cancel and we will reimburse you.” This is a very poor service. To be honest, it seemed like an invitation to go. Perhaps some training in good manners, customer service, and service recovery would benefit the business. Unfortunately, I do not think I will stay in this hotel again, let alone promote it amongst our community. PS: please check the bed, it is still for sure, very squeaky.

Discrimination and unacceptable treatment I had a fully paid reservation for two nights. After I had already checked in, occupied the room, and while I was showering, someone knocked on my window and told me I could not stay. I asked to speak with the hotel manager, and to my shock, it was the same person who later escalated the situation. A white male manager who was hostile, racist, and extremely disrespectful. He insulted me in English, told me he would refund my money, but that I had to leave immediately. I refused and told him the only way I would leave was if the police were called. When the police arrived, they were very kind and professional. They explained that it is private property and calmly advised me that if someone is racist, it’s better not to leave your money in that place and to change hotels. That’s exactly what I did. This hotel claims to be gay-friendly and inclusive, but what I experienced was racism, intimidation, and humiliation. Everything was recorded on the hotel’s security cameras. Please be very careful when booking your vacation here. Our community deserves real safe spaces
