It needs to be expanded to have more rooms. The rooms are very dirty, the mattresses are all tattered and oily and sticky. It is becoming so much darker inside, cant see anything. The air con is on the minimum, it is so hot and stuffy inside. Very poor ventilation. Put some air fresheners

The staff is just rude man. I dropped a key and someone returned it to them.Now when I asked for help, they were demanding for $10 just to open the locker. I dont think staff makes a safe space for the community. They rarely disinfect area too and you can tell from the foul smell and rubbish everywhere. Areas are too dark, slippery, hazardous for the patrons too. Horrible experience. They could have at least have some professionalism.

I checked your website, and it clearly states that the entry fee for Utopia members is the same as for KB cardholders. Based on the time slot I selected, the fee should have been $10. However, I was charged $20, which is double the advertised rate. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. There was no clear price list displayed, which leaves customers wondering whether receptionists are charging arbitrary fees. Could the owner please clarify the actual entry rate for Utopia cardholders and ensure that the pricing on the website matches what customers are charged? Greater transparency would help avoid this kind of confusion and frustration in the future.

The receptionist of this place has never been pleasent. During my last visit, I got held back when it's payment time due to some glitch with iBanking DBS. I do not have any physical card with me. The receptionist just scream at me and chased me out for not having $22. That is ridiculously rude. Don't go to this place. It's a sinful with BAD SERVICE place. Hahaha

although there are lots of Chinese tourists and hot guys staying until midnight, its facilities are very old and smelly. I can’t stand the Bleach smelly white towel here, and my skin got really irritated!
