About Klub 21

Klub 21 is one of Prague’s hidden gems in the heart of the gay district, Vinohrady. Tucked away in a basement, this cozy spot offers an intimate and welcoming vibe. As you enter through a courtyard, buzz at the door, and descend into the vaulted brick cellar, you’ll feel like you’ve discovered a secret hangout. The rustic, cave-like interior is adorned with local artwork, creating a charming backdrop for casual drinks and chats. Known for its affordable beers, including local brews like Gambrinus, Klub 21 attracts a loyal crowd of locals and in-the-know visitors. The atmosphere is laid-back but social, making it easy to strike up conversations with fellow patrons. It’s a no-frills spot, but its unpretentious charm and friendly staff make it feel like a home away from home. While not a rowdy party venue, it’s perfect for those who enjoy low-key evenings with friends. The lack of loud music allows for more intimate conversations, making it a favorite spot to wind down after a long day. Whether you’re a Prague local or just passing through, Klub 21 is a must-visit for a chilled night out.

Music was mostly uninspired remixes of songs and the drinks are close to 50czk more expensive than other gay bars, on top of tips requested. We went to IP Club a few hundred metres away and got better, cheap drinks and good music.

this is the BEST entrance experience i’ve ever had 😂 it does seem a little sketch at first but trust me it’s a great bar! just press the buzzer to be let in and keep walking and it’s immediately on the left once you are outside again. Bar is in a basement— super fun and great chill vibes. This is pretty much a gay speakeazy

Love the design of this place and the music being played. Best bar from a gay men’s comfort level on our tour of Budapest, Vienna and Prague. I wish it was men only and had some dark rooms. Loving our time in Prague and this place is the best vibe place.
