La Pente
Independent cultural bar with live music and open drag
About La Pente
La Pente is an independent cultural bar at 14 Montée des Carmélites, on the Croix-Rousse slopes. It supports emerging performers with concerts, open-mic sessions and a programme that includes open drag events. The small stage and informal interior make it a more intimate alternative to a large club. It is a mixed cultural venue, so check the programme for a specifically queer or drag event and any ticket or donation arrangements.
