Cozy cellar bar with kind barkeeper. Minus one star for missing cats 😢 As a non-smoker, it's unfortunate that they allow smoking inside, but I'm sure smokers will be enjoy it. Update: added star for future promise of bar cats Update 2: added photographic evidence of bar cat
