Plastic Ivy Sauna

I was not happy with my recent visit a couple of days ago. The customer service was not great as I felt they just wanted my money. It is a very small and complex place which I found strange. It was also dead so unless your happy to be alone then come here. The towels were mucky as I asked for another 1 but it did not smell clean either. As I walked around and went down stairs it just felt mucky and unclean especially if it is empty it should have been very clean. I will not be coming back here at all. I will wait for the pipeworks new up coming place.

My first time in a sauna was nervous as hell but staff welcome was great made me feel welcome good seating area place is clean. On my 3rd time I'm at ease now not had fun lol my be i cum across shy but that ok but I love the hot tub steamroom and suna not as seedy as made out to be . Thank again to the staff fir always making me feel welcome

This sauna is best ever I've been visited since. You can meet high standards and professionalism since I've entered. Environment is very clean, well maintained, staff are polite and nice to customers.

The owner plays with customers downstairs trying to take all the fun off paid customers and the staff who should be on reception assault you downstairs when they should be working.

Used to be a regular 20 years back when I lived locally. Visited a few weeks ago when on holiday nearby - very little had changed! Pleasant atmosphere, very clean, staff were welcoming. Was not particularly busy (Fri late afternoon/early evening) and a couple of customers seemed very standoffish, but others were much more friendly. Best bit was the jacuzzi, and the steam room was good too. Other parts feel a bit cramped. I wouldn't rush to visit again, but if I'm in the area on a cold wet day you never know.
