We came to the bar with friends, one of them looks as a girl and barman told us that it’s “men’s only bar” but there was a woman. When we asked why there is a woman, he told us that she is friend of his boss. Sorry ?? Is it normal? My non binary friend was discriminated…Dennis Batz

Bad really bad!!! Don’t go there!The staff is busier filling themselves with shots than helping everyone waiting at the bar.They do not know service, which is probably due to the arrogant attitude of the bar staff.Don't spend your money there!Laith Attar

If you want to feel safe in a bar and be treated by the staff the way you would usually expect at a gay-friendly environment, with no rudeness, racism, sexism and toxic masculine aggression, then, based on my experience, this place is not for you.It’s a shame places like this exist and greatly damage the image of the community.Luc Elferink

I was very nervous to stop in at a bar during my very first visit to Berlin as an American, but this place treated me as an equal and didn't make me feel out of place as a foreigner, as a true gay bar should be. Please bring cash, it is not hard to get euros via the ATMs nearby. If you can't speak like a local at the bare minimum you should have the wherewithal to pay as a local.Johnathan L.

The best place in Berlin. No, the best place in Europe, and I was in a lot of bars across the Europe. The staff is completely friendly and professional, especially bartender Michel. Great atmosphere, great party’s, great events. The most crowded bar in Berlin. Everyone is friendly, guests and staff. Absolutely without prejudice. With good vibe! Great music! The bar is very nice, the music is very good, the atmosphere too, I like that there is a smoking area. But I didn't have a good experience with a bartender. I asked him if I had to pay and pick up the drink in the same place and he said: “no, you have to pay here and pick up in Jamaica.” He turned around and just ignored me. It was the first bad experience I had in Germany and I didn't expect it to happen right in an environment where I should feel safe and comfortable. I hope you improve that treatment with your clients.Chotu Kumar

I give 2 star because right now is just 8pm evenings at Wednesday and normally is happy hour time but barChef charge is me full price and I asked him today is/now is happy hour time he say no.!! He Lie just for 2-3€. Well with 2-3 Euro he can’t achieve in his life and I wish him that hole life he work as a Bar better!!Glen

This place is fantastic !The perfect balance of vibrant yet casual bar and the abillity to explore and have great fun.Love the style of the place, sadly we had revy little time to stay and fully enjoy our visit.Love the adorable staff at this place.Best place we visited in Berlin!We can't wait to return !J D.

We found this to be a great starting bar and hang out bar amongst all the bars in the area. A lot of them go for the very late night early morning crowd, this one seemed to be more pub like but still has the usual playroom in basement. Ended up coming here a few times during our visit.Joe B.

Amazing place, very friendly, non judgmental, staff hospitality perfect especially daddy Michele ⭐️and Umberto. Variety of gay identity and everyone very respectful, smoking area and dark rooms area for a bit of fun. We have made some friends up there and recommend this bar for good night out.David Heath

I’m usually very self conscious about going out by myself - however I’m really glad I did go to Prinzknecht.It’s a super chilled bar with a nice mix of guys, both locals and other travellers.Grab at seat at the bar, get a (surprisingly cheap) beer and don’t be afraid to have a conversation with anyone else by themselves.I had some great conversations and made some new friends for when I’m back in.Particular shout out to the bar staff who were friendly and fun and very busy but put up with my awful attempts at German. Don’t moan about it being cash only and just leave the loose change as a tip the guys work hard serving slot of people really quickly.Look forward to being back when I’m next in Berlin.Sjaak Bakker

I’ve always liked it here, it’s a great vibe and good place to start the night with friends or meet people.Staff can be abrasive, but not always. They serve a lot beer so it helps to know what you want beforehand.Low overall rating for being cash only, that’s just nonsense.Jack D.

Many of my friends visited this bar before, so finally, I decided to check it out myself. This is one of the most well-known gay bars in the town. I like how it looks. It gives a good vibe to talk. However, the service is questional. As a Berliner, I probably got used to the centrain type of impoliteness, but I think it is hard for visitors.When I was there, one bartender was quite kind, but the other one was rude. I hope it will be improved. Whatever happens, just try to enjoy the rest time with your friends or dates. Personally speaking, I found the bar is just alright. The bar is cash only.Andrew B.

My favorite bar in the schöneberg district, the clientele is very diverse as the colors of the rainbow, offering a great Berlin nightlife experience.The staff is very friendly, I even had the chance to dance for some seconds with one of the bartenders.This place is definitely a must on the gay nightlife if you are visiting Berlin!Naughty L.
