Closed on Christmas even though on google appears to be open!!! I walked 20 min in a freezing cold to see that it was closed. Is that hard to put on google that u are closed?

Sunday 16.00 after Krakow Pride. No action.

Extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, it was clear he was completely unprepared and rude. There was a blatant lack of courtesy and willingness to assist, making it obvious that good customer service is not a priority here. Instead of solving issues, the receptionist seemed more focused on creating them. Communication was arrogant and unprofessional, which completely ruined my first impression of the place. A reception should be welcoming and efficient, but this was the exact opposite. I do not recommend this place, and I sincerely hope the company addresses this with proper training and corrective action for their staff.

It's not the vibe, The decor is strange (not in a good way) Staff are strange (not in a good way) Sauna is strange (not in a good way) If you are expecting a high quality Finnish sauna, it's not here.

A bounce back on the 90s. It would be a nice place with a serious refurbishing. Clean and well runned, eith either Finnish Sauna and Turkish bath at perfect temperatures and humidity. Nice beer and unusual, no queer pictures nor referrals but a TV playing an american film with a back male voice explaining the dialogues.... weird but interesting.
