Friendly staff and easy setup with towel, slippers, and locker key included. There’s a dry sauna, hammam, and cruising areas. The crowd is mostly older, but you can find 1-2 attractive guys (I did). The downside is that the place feels quite dated, the sauna is old and the rooms aren’t very comfortable. Overall: Nice vibe and service, but could use an upgrade.

Clean facility well maintained. Both the sauna & steam room supply good heat. Small but decent crowd. Very relaxing. I would go back.

Closed on Christmas even though on google appears to be open!!! I walked 20 min in a freezing cold to see that it was closed. Is that hard to put on google that u are closed?

Extremely disappointing experience with the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, it was clear he was completely unprepared and rude. There was a blatant lack of courtesy and willingness to assist, making it obvious that good customer service is not a priority here. Instead of solving issues, the receptionist seemed more focused on creating them. Communication was arrogant and unprofessional, which completely ruined my first impression of the place. A reception should be welcoming and efficient, but this was the exact opposite. I do not recommend this place, and I sincerely hope the company addresses this with proper training and corrective action for their staff.
