It’s really not as bad as the reviews here! I was so scared to go there, but everything went very well. Everyone is super friendly, polite and patient, the process is quick and easy. Everything is clean!! So I can only give 5 stars. Waiting for the results, then I’ll update the review.

Not recommended. Test results are only available by phone, but no one is reachable during the stated hours (open consultation). Apparently, the phone system was broken. Outside of these hours, someone is reached, but they refer you to the consultation hours. The next day, the same thing happens. After another 20 attempts, I finally get through to someone just before the end of the consultation hours. They say there are no results available under my number and that the employee will call me back. Upon calling back, it turns out that the result had been forgotten and not entered into the designated Excel spreadsheet. Finally, the result is communicated.

Just like with other 1-star reviews. I and three other people waited outside for 10 minutes and were sent home because our appointments were simply cancelled without any reason. None of us received a cancellation email!

I'd give zero stars if I could! After scheduling an initial appointment by phone for information (with registration), no one called me. I made another appointment (June 20, 2024 at 4:00 PM), which was confirmed by email by Mr. Dieg* A***, but again, no one called me. The service is extremely poor! I've been trying to get information here for weeks. What's the point of this organization if the staff don't keep their appointments and don't return calls (which were listed as available) or emails!?
