Sometimes as an American, it can be tough to travel out of the US, especially these days. But not here. The staff was so friendly, welcoming and kind. The facilities were easy to navigate. Everything worked, and cleaner than you might expect. The cost was very reasonable. The space was spread out so you could take a break or you could relax and actually use the spa and not just cruise for hookups. Thank you Metro Club, our brief Visit to Milano did not disappoint! ❤️

I've got big experience visiting gay saunas in Europe and this one Is among the best. In general Italy has never disappoints me. I barely took off my clothes when guys approached me with flirting. Reception was fantastic, towel and flip flops are provided, receptionist is super hot 🥵🔥 and sexy + welcoming and sweet. Audience is diverse, but all of them come to have fun and enjoy each other, unlike other saunas in the UK for example, where you just walk only. This sauna is super clean as well. When I say clean 🫧 I mean crisp clean, team is constantly washing and cleaning. Another great aspect is music, it plays everywhere, bar is nice , and you get a lot of spaces on three floors. Overall 10 out of 10. Keep up gay sauna culture alive especially in Italy. Gracie milo 💜

I was really disappointed with my visit to Metro Milano Club. The place was not well maintained — there was a very unpleasant smell in the cruising area, almost like sewage or poop. It made it hard to relax or enjoy the visit. For the price and reputation, I expected much better hygiene and cleanliness. Definitely needs improvement.

Extremely rude reception. In a new country all you need is some kindness. To enter the sauna, you need to press the bell. And reception doesn't even say welcome or enter. And if you press again to check the reception, he yells at you and makes it extremely uncomfortable to even go in there. Never going there.

Difficult to find but once you notice the logo and directory on the wall, entry is just a buzz in. The guy at the door, speaks several languages but not all🙃. He was direct but friendly. I saw him struggle to get info out of Asian visitors but persistent. Patience people, please. He will tell you your price for membership n your out of town rate. The attendant will then ask you for shoe size in order to give you the appropriate sandals. You get a key for your wallet and money valuables. Then you get a key for your locker and a towel and sandals. It’s a big place as people have mentioned, three floors. The third floor is more of a dark room glory hole area. The second floor is the bar area ( serving drinks n food n snacks) you don’t have to have your wallet everything will be charged to To your locker number. You will pay when you Check out. The second floor also contain the smoking area, a shower area and private rooms. The first floor has entry, lockers, bathroom, showers, Jacuzzi, dry sauna, two steam rooms, glory hole area and private rooms. Yes, the place needs some updates, but it’s all functional and the staff take care to clean everything. The place opens at noon and closes at midnight. It gets busy after 2pm then starts dying down around 7 pm. You will find A variety of men of all shapes and size and colors. Overall, the place was fun, Friendly with a social atmosphere. The food and drinks were great and not overpriced. My Washington USA perspective.
