My Bar

I had high hopes, near the coliseum, LGBTQ friendly. Heard recommendations. Arrived about 5:15. By myself, stated a few beers, dinner and was going to take carry out back to the room as husband had to work this evening. Staff said ok, I sat down, first waitress yelled at me if I wanted to ORDER NOW! I ordered a beer, and she took the menus away. I asked another waiter for them back. (I never saw the first server again. Simple order. They are not busy, there was a loud table next to me and 3 or 4 Friends keltbstoppong by and screaming over me pushing me. I thought they wanted me to leave finally and all left. This is after I had finished meal and beer and then they all got up and left. Finally after 20 minutes they took my beer and empty plates. I went somewhere else for carryout. Servers not friendly - oh, and the first server came back, to smoke a cigarette not 6 feet from me as I write this. Only manager was somewhat friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hands down one of the best coffee spots in Rome. The espresso is rich, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care — you can taste the quality in every sip. The bar has that classic Roman vibe but still feels welcoming and relaxed, whether you’re stopping in for a quick caffè or lingering a bit longer. The staff are friendly, passionate, and know exactly what they’re doing. This is the kind of place locals love and visitors are lucky to find. A must-stop if you take your coffee seriously.

My wife and I had dinner at My Bar Restaurant in Rome and ordered pizzas. The service was friendly and efficient, the prices were reasonable, and the pizzas were good. Overall, it was a fair meal, and we would recommend this place to others.

On my visit to Rome with my family we ended up flooded in My Bar after stopping by for a drink and it was the greatest experience. The vibe and experience were amazing and the owner was so nice to deal with the 9 of us during our trip. Food was good, drinks were amazing. (Not sure how to spell his name) ask for guy and you’ll have a great time.

Good service and good atmosphere. Prices are what you can expect near Colosseum. The food is average but the pizza I had was just horrible! A disgrace to serve something like this in Italy. On the pic below is the pizza margarita I had. Tasted greasy/fat, please avoid if you can.
