this security was an asshole, didnt even wanna talk like a human to human and just tell me i slipped and looked drunk and need to go he just suddenly kicked me out of nowhere embarass me and suddenly act like a victim that im the one being weid when he is, and its not just me this have happened to my friends before too theres something about this place and how they pick security people. they always just power trip cant even interact and talk human to human explain why. j mean if i did something wrong i can just say im sorry for that then leave like a decent human being

Friendly service, great drinks and they have pool tables! It wasn’t busy on a Friday night at 7 so we went to Gypsy where it was packed! I will be back to Quadz another time when it’s busier

I had an unfortunate experience with one of the bartenders, during my recent visit. While I understand that there may be policies regarding complimentary drinks and gaming activity, the way this was communicated to me felt unnecessarily confrontational. I was actively gambling and had spent a reasonable amount, expecting to qualify for a few drinks. However, when I requested a third drink, I was told in a dismissive tone that the drinks are “$26 each” and that I was “not betting enough,” along with an implication that I was “abusing the system.” This approach came across as accusatory and unprofessional. If there are specific requirements for complimentary drinks—such as a minimum coin-in amount—it would be much more helpful to clearly communicate those guidelines to guests upfront. Without clear indicators (like the green/red light system used in other establishments), guests are left guessing, which can lead to misunderstandings like this. As a local, I’ve generally had positive experiences, which made this interaction particularly disappointing. It’s not just about the policy itself, but how it’s communicated. A more respectful and informative approach would go a long way in creating a better customer experience.

Great Bartender’s great atmosphere. It’s just a lovely place.

Happy hour here is probably a best kept secret, the bar is clean and Sebastian the bartender is on it and pours a mean cocktail! It’s hopping late at night too great place to land while out on a crawl. The gambling pays big here on top of it all. They have one in Palm Springs as well that just gets show tunes crazy and is so fun. Check it out
